Have been receiving top of the line treatment for months. I’ve never had any issues here. Front desk staff are very polite and easy to work with. I’ve been going there for so long that they know me by name just by looking at me lol. I love that I receive appointment reminders via text. That’s super convenient. I don’t live in A2 anymore. It’s about a 40-45 minute drive but it’s totally worth it.

Lately I have been going thru a-lot of things and The staff at Packard health- Ypsilanti have been nothing but supportive and attentive to my needs as a patient. Dr. Shah is awesome and has went the extra mile to make my experiences very pleasant. I am thankful for her and her team. She has had a resident doctor Grace with her the last two visits and I enjoyed her as well. I am very comfortable at packard health and I trust the staff to get things done is a timely manner for me. They are respectful and so understanding. Karen the RDN is very sweet and knowledgeable about small things you can do to change your eating habits. Thank you Packard health for going the extra mile!

I've been a patient for a year.

Emily was great, she would discuss my symptoms, never talked down to me and took my words into consideration.

However over time the having to call every month for medication refills, and going without when I forget to do so soon enough, occasional rude reception while doing so, and now having hurdles to treatment and having serious health issues minimized I'm getting pretty tired of this clinic.

With a history of 7 herniated disc's as seen on mri last August, and concerns of new disc injury, I'm being told I have to start with x-ray. At first just cervical. After calling back and being told, I would have an order for lumbar and thoracic, I discovered while scheduling today they neglected to order thoracic. While dealing with this, and living in transitional I'm also being denied prednisone, which made me feel a lot better during the initial acute phase last summer.

Can never get hold of a nurse most times you walk in and the people literally look like they hate there job told these people I’m in pain from the meds they gave me but they say it’s not an emergency

I was under the care of Emily Chapin I have no car to get to the clinic on carpenter Rd I get Daniel oram and I had a heart attack was but on 5 medication I just saw him and I'm just had to call to find out how he discontinued my lipotor and not tell me. Iv been on that medication ever since I left the hospital. Last month he went up to 80 mg the 2nd time I saw him now he discontinued the medicine and did not say a word about it to me. I'm not trying to have another heart attack so to discontinued I don't think is a good idea I don't understand why he didn't just refill that as well

This place was great until Grace Kelley left. She has taken care of me for years and then they gave me Daniel Oram instead. Daniel ended up taking me off of a medication I’ve been on for years cold turkey and then cranked up another one of my meds. For the past month I’ve been having constant internal tremors so I finally spent the money to get a psychiatrist and it turns out that my meds are cranked up four times what they should be. Daniel is nice but I just can’t go back here after this. I haven’t had control of my life for a month now.

Update: I have tardive dyskinesia now.

Went to get labs done for my newborn and front desk lady seemed like she didn’t want to be there and had a nasty tone.

Never go here! Wosrt experience!! They don't listen, call you a lier & gatekeep the doctor. Pretty sure they are just scamming insurance

I keep calling the phone number, and it keeps hanging up. What's going on?

The ladies that answer the phone are very rude and not very willing to help out. I called to make my son an appointment and received zero help instead they insisted on telling me he was not in there system. Not polite at all or helpful‼ I wanted to give a lower rating but 1 was the lowest.

This is the worst place I have been to by far!! My medication was stolen from my home and I was told that I would have to wait until I made a appointment to get a new prescription and that would be a week and a half for a medication that I NEED everyday!!

Do not use any of packard health they nearly cost me my life and are continuing to play around with it
