Gulf Auto Lube featuring Valvoline

Arrived at DTW to learn that I was low on oil. A local friend suggested Gulf auto. Cannot emphasize how friendly and accommodating the team was. Not only did they take me immediately without an appointment, but they were fast, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend anyone in the greater Belleville area.

Free water and candy canes while I wait?! Excellent. For real, the nicest, sweetest people and it was my first time going here so they were understanding. But I know where I'm going for oil changes now.

Very friendly polite staff when I went there Thursday. They also identified other issues like my battery, tires and replaced an air filter for me with ease. I was never pressured and they explained everything to me when I had follow up questions. Truly deserving of a 5 star service review.

Absolutely wonderful service. My vehicle had been hit on the right side while parked during all this crazy snow and ice we have had. Gulf Auto Lube was able to help me fix my lights that had been hit and make my car legal again to drive until the collision shop could get it in, in 4 weeks. I received an oil change today from them, my roommate recommended that I use them and I can understand why. They got me in and out quickly, I was greeted by an employee who offered me a water while I waited. They checked everything for me not just a quick oil change. It’s the small details that matter and make the experience a positive or a negative one. They are on top of their game and I highly encourage anyone needing an oil change to swing by here.

Cheapest oil change I could find for my truck! Absolute best service I’ve had while getting an oil change as well as a nice cold water right after work while I waited! First time coming here and I will definitely be a forever customer!

I always bring my cars to this place, love the people and love the service they provide. I’ve never been told something that wasn’t true here or been uncharged. I’ve been screwed over by other places in the past but not here. Hopefully they never change the type of people they hire.

Ive been going to this place for my fluid flushes for a long time since. Theyre very friendly, honest, theyre always offering bottled water while you wait. Anytime I have my daschund with me, they always give him a doggie treat. Alittle pricey. But well worth it. I promise you they wont strip out your drain plug. 😂 Theyre very careful. I highly recommend them.
