We bought a pair of shoes my son loved, but they were defective. The manager was extremely helpful and let us exchange for them for a non-defective pair. Will be buying all his shoes here :)

This place has great selection of really nice dress shoes. They have many other styles for casual as well. The quality and name brands are really good. I like the set up with all the sizes out on floor to let you help yourself. I have bought several pairs here. Overall a great value.

I visited this store a while ago because i was actively searching for a certain pair of vans! No shoe store near me had them and told me right away they wouldnt be able to hold them for me anyways, but when i called this location the lady who answered was so sweet and as soon as she found the pair i wanted, asked if i would like them to be on hold. Amazing service and i got the shoes i wanted for my concert 😊😊

We walked in here on a whim in search of hiking boots. We found a super cute pair by a reputable brand at 20 dollars cheaper than we expected to pay. They also have a cute little toy section by checkout.

Store has huge selection of women's shoes from running to met gala. I did not find the one I was looking for but employees were very nice and helpful! I will be coming back to check them out again.

Love this place. If they don't have your size, you can order online. I prefer their self-service to waiting on a salesman. The store has wide enough aisles you can sit down and try on the shoes. The layout is pleasing.

Best shoe store by far. They have shoes in most office ranges. All but the very high end. You'll have to get your Jimmy Choo's elsewere ;)They have a big store with lots of stock. Great selection. It is serve yourself.

It is only place I can get shoes for my husband. He had back surgery and he does not like to tie his shoes. They have a great choice of slip on shoes for dressy and casual. They are not pricey either.

I like DSW because they have a big selection and they sell good insoles that provide plenty of cushioning for my feet. They have a separate area for trying shoes on now, which is cool.
