Nordstrom Rack

This store has a good selection of clothing, bags, and accessories at a price slightly under retail. I just came here to browse and appreciated a lot of their Christmas/home goods items. The workers were very friendly and helped us with what we needed. The store is clean and well maintained.

This place has a lot of options and most everything is a good deal for the type of brands they have. The employees were very nice and helpful. We'll definitely be coming back!

Walked into the store to get some shoes. The store has a great atmosphere. Smells of new clothes and fresh shoe leather fill the store. It will make you excited to buy. Great signs directed me to the shoes I wanted. I am a tall man and need a large foundation. I found an adequate selection of size 16 plus shoes to choose from. Great store. Classy stuff at affordable prices.

I typically enjoy a quick stop at this Nordstrom Rack location. They have a great mix of clothing racks from designer row (what the sell in their Nordstrom stores) to brands only carried by Nordstrom Rack. I like to shop the front racks and then work my way to the back racks.

The shoe area is large and typically has something you didn’t know you were looking for.
The kids sections ok for clothes it’s hit or miss on if it’s stocked - the kids shoes is always a mess but worth looking at.

The men’s section has a great set up and while not as large as the women’s section is usually better stocked.

The purses and jewelry is also a 50/50 shot but worth checking out. The PJ area is small and filled with odds and ends and is near the house-ware section in the front left. I typically don’t shop this area.

The store is organized and well staffed just don’t go if your in a hurry as the lines are typically long on a Saturday from noon till 6pm. For the best selection and shopping experience I usually ask when their next shipment will arrive and plan my trip around that.

2 bathrooms made for 3 people each. Auto sinks and towels. Changing table in the biggest stall. They do have seat covers too.

Love this place! Cute stuff and the staff is always welcoming and helpful!

Nordstrom Rack store #71 in Sandy Utah was incredible. I went in to do an exchange on Monday Jan 2nd. The store was so clean it was unreal. Two 2 women helped me find a replacement and then of course I did some more shopping. A clean. Organized store and help from the staff. It was wonderful.

I'm a huge Nordstrom person, I love Nordstrom Rack and the only thing I could say was maybe they could organize their shoes a little bit better. And maybe get some in a size 9 and 10 like Birkenstocks Arizona brown leather LOL. Customer service was fabulous as always and one does save a bit of money by going to Nordstrom Rack. Love it

Came here during the “Clear the Rack” sale, so naturally it was busy. Camille was at a mobile checkout and couldn’t take returns. One Umbridge-like woman had a bit of a tantrum, and Camille handled it like a champ.

We were in Nordstrom’s Rack on state in Sandy, UT. Lexi helped us out and was amazing. We were looking for a winter work boots for our employees. We bought 5 pair.
We weren’t able to find 1 size of boots for one of the guys. Lexi went above & beyond looking for that size in the back & when she couldn’t find it she made a few phone call to another Nordstrom Rack and found it. She asked the store to hold the pair of boots for us so we could go pick them up. Lexie’s customer service was outstanding and we appreciate her help.

Been on the hunt for a pair of shoes for months. I'm not super picky but finding that sweet spot where "price = value" has been hard to find at other places. I not only found that here, but 4 times. I was on the hunt for a single pair of shoes. I left with FOUR. Great selection at amazing prices. One pair, I saw at another mall dept store. For the price of that one pair, I was able to buy them at the Rack plus 3 more pair for the same price as the dept store. WINNER!

I went in to make a return. Even though the line was 10 people long I got through making my returns quickly. I was treated kindly and greeted by friendly staff. I love the Nordstrom returns system using my phone number to access my Nordstrom card and account. Well done.

Always find great deals on quality clothing. Great 45 day return policy. No fuss debit card tied to your bank account gets you rewards like $20 off a purchase. I go to different locations and find different things at each one- great for anyone who doesn't mind hunting for fantastic deals. My favorite store!

My first visit to the Rack and I found two great sweaters and a pair of boots for incredible prices. I will definitely be checking back for more deals.

I adore Nordstrom! My Mom took me there when I was in highschool, in Anchorage Alaska. I loved it then, sigh... Remember the "Brass Plum?" Awesome threads! I was just there a couple of days ago, and the dresses for Spring, are amazing! Now in my 60's, Nordstrom still ROCKS!!

Probably the cleanest and most organized Rack I've ever shopped in. Sales associates were attentive and helpful, but also didn't seem like customers were bothering them when asking questions. I got three times at a great price. Will definitely be back soon!

Went here to purchase a dress for a special event. I had a baby this year and haven’t been feeling like myself. After trying on dozens of dresses, I was feeling down and asked an employee to help me. They went above and beyond in giving me helpful feedback, advice, and making me feel good about myself for the first time in a long time. They were very patient with me (even when I changed my mind 17 times and started crying!) Really, just a wonderful experience. I also found my dress for $30, saving $107. Thank you NR!

I went here to get a gift card for a present. I even got some new shoes for me. Nice store.
