Good evening the gentleman/Worker that came from Las Vegas.He helped me with the return
Got the wrong product in the mail for my daughter’s birthday it’s literally one day away and I don’t have the boot in stock that I was trying to get. The employee was very nice he helped me to find the boots online and helped me to purchase it and I got a better deal for it because I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to use my coupon since it was online he also said he would help to get them expedited quicker to my house I just really appreciate all the time and all the effort he put in to make me happy as a customer I don’t even live in this area and I’m just really impressed with how nice he was. Thanks Tilly’s we will be back!

Friendly! Very attentive employees that always check up on you and make sure that you are attended to. Clean and organized store as well.

Walker the associate that assisted me was extremely helpful. A couple of the other employees were more concerned about talking and pretending to walk down a runway than helping the line of people. The associate Walker came over and assisted me in my return even while he was learning how to do a little more complex of a return, he was extremely helpful and happy. I hope this kid gets a raise for treating customers right and not ignoring them. The assistant manager Daniel was also very helpful and patient in teaching how to do the complex return. To the two of you, I appreciate your work ethic and not bad mouthing your associates like the other two individuals working there.

First time to this store and can’t wait to go back! Employee Ethan was friendly and awesome. He helped me with a return, also several times with dressing rooms/sizing and also at the register. Great first impression!

The management team is AWESOME at Tilly's in Sandy! Love the workers and how helpful they are. They always ask if I'm doing okay, ask to hold my things so I have free hands to keep shopping, and such a positive vibe. Love the energy and how good the store looks, gives me ideas on what to put together. Thank you. Love the experience!!

Having 4 sons-- I've been to LOTS of Tillys over the years. Somehow, they ALWAYS make me feeling like I'm stealing something when I'm gettin ready to drop a bag on clothes at this place🙄BUT NOT HERE.
We've been here a few times-- and while the West Jordan Tillys is a bit bigger... the Sandys Tillys is closer to us as we live in Millcreek/Holladay AND I feel better treated in someway🤷‍♀. At other Tillys stores around the Wasatch Front, I feel racial profiled or something. But here at the Sandys Tillys, they only ask me once when I come in if they can help us find something. I say "nope" (unless we're looking for shoes) and thats that!!
Plus.. this time today, we got there at 733pm, and they close at 8pm now....and they let us browse and buy until we were done all done-- without rushing us. AND i ran back in to buy a backpack afterwards because my son decided to get it then..not later-- due to the pandemic and us not wanting to make repeat trips back to stores.
In addition--the front counter chick w/dark, black hair was way nice... a good experience overall😊
We are constant Tillys customers because they carry the style of Dickies pants my 4 sons like that are only available there....since my sons are 3rd generation Dickies wearers-- there is no way we can stop going to Tillys anytime soon nor will we (my dad, my husband, and I also wore & still wear many pairs of Dickies pants & shirts still.)
Great store for our family...AT LEAST THIS ONE IS FOR US SO FAR!!!

Store is always clean and the displays always look really nice. I notice this store has more of a variety for women's clothes than the one in west jordan. I always get exceptional service when I go in.

The people that work their are awesome! Helped me find everything I needed and more! Love all the awesome logos and shoes!
