The Loft Restaurant & Pub

An incredibly reasonably-priced steakhouse with good food, creative cocktails, cozy ambiance, and good service. The menu is big with Apps, Snacks, Soups & Salads, Sides, Burgers & Sandwiches, Loft Favs, Top Choice Steak, plus a Lunch menu, and it is further expanded by some specials which my family enjoyed. The Hot Honey Cornbread Loaf was excellent, as were the Caesar Salad and New England Clam Chowder. Burgers and Steaks were also very popular in our group. Service was fast and efficient, and it was a treat to have a specialty cocktail, "Manhattan Smoke," served with a smoke bubble which imparted a beautiful smell and flavor to the drink.

Food was great. I ordered the Fried Pickle Chips as an app and the Red Dragon Steak Asian BBQ marinated sirloin served with mashed potatoes broccoli. I substituted the mashed for sweet potato fries. Food was cooked exactly how I wanted. Definitely will be back. Although I’m upset they got rid of the prime rib.

Been going to the Loft for years....and I have never had a bad meal from there. The servers are awesome, the bartenders are very attentive, and the place has always looked great.

Awesome, friendly vibes and great staff. Great tasting food. Best restaurant burger I've had in the area. Prices are a little high. Our pretzel app was only 2 moderate sticks for $11. Otherwise pretty reasonable for the amount of food you get.

Decent options for dinner, beer, and atmosphere was unique. First time being in the new England area so this was a unique experience for myself and my husband.

The atmosphere is a little "tight" for my liking but don't let that discourage you. The food is great, everything on the menu is, I have been here quite a few times. The home made chips are amazing, they are a must try at least once.

Fun atmosphere and good service. More importantly, all the food is great. Great burgers and steak tips. The Philly cheese steak mac-n-cheese is amazing. Great fries and onion strings too. The Caesar salad and French onion soup are also well done.

I've only been here twice but each time the food was delicious and the service was excellent. Only thing to complain about is that it is on the pricey side especially for appetizers. Definitely will come back for a night out or take out though.

We had a large group and all enjoyed our food & time there. Staff was courteous, very accommodating and never rushed us out.

Our meal was great, very skillfully prepared, and the server, Dani was delightful and attentive, knowledgeable and engaging, and perfectly complemented our celebration for Father's Day. Bravo!!

The Loft interior hasn't changed much over the years but the service today was outstanding. Party of 5 having mostly burgers and a few beers. I had firecracker chicken...it was really good. Solid pub food with friendly service. Nice lunch. Sorry, forgot to snap a pic.

Very good solid food at an extremely reasonable price. The bar downstairs has a great set up for a game or a quick lunch meeting.

The meatloaf was really tasty and the mashed potatoes were perfect. The beer was cold and the glass was even colder.

The help was very good and the bartender was top notch.

Not to loud even though it was busy, which was nice.

Good food, simple and tasty. I've tried their burgers and fish and chips. Overall, the atmosphere and the food are very welcoming.

The best way i can rate The Loft is this: I understand prices have gone up. I ordered the sirloin with mashed and spinach for $25...I would have paid $30!! It was amazing! Cooked to perfection and just delicious!!
A few weeks earlier I visited a neighboring restaurant and got a haddock dish for $24...I wanted to pay $17. It was nothing special, just ok.
This was my first time at The Loft and i will certainly go back. For me, their quality matched, even surpassed, the price. Well done, Chef!!

Great food with great service!

Great food great staff and great drinks

My family & I were on a trip to Nova Scotia from Pittsburgh & arrived to Andover for the night at 8:45pm & needed dinner. Thank goodness we found this place, it was open until 10pm.

The pub is welcoming with a big wooden bar & friendly staff who sat us immediately (party of 5) We wanted to eat lite because we had ro wak up at 6am for a 5 hour drive to Canada.

The food was amazing! Most of everything is fresh caught & with locally made ingredients. The New England Clam Chowder absolutely loved up to its name & would make New England proud. It was the best chowder I've ever er had. My Chicken Ceasar chicken was lean, grilled,very flavorful, & not dry at all! The dressing is made in house & was creamy & flavorful! The Lobster Mac & Cheese was the definition of comfort food with BIG chunks of lobster in it! Aaaaamazing!!!! Made with in house cheese & local ingredients!

I can't recommend this restraunt enough for the amazing food, kind staff, chill atmosphere, excellent cocktail & beer selection (sadly we didn't have any because we had to get up early), & their accommodation of not closing early & allowing us to eat there close to closing time. Highly highly highly recommend!!!
