Unquestionably 5 star service. Rich and his team did a great job replacing my windshield. Afterward, one of the plastic edge pieces of the windshield separated slightly and Rich drove 2 hours to my house in NH on his day off to reset the piece. Would recommend without hesitation to anyone looking to get their windshield replaced.

Rich went above and beyond in order to get the job done right. Very communicative and punctual, I found out about Rich by chance and was referred to me by a co worker. Glad I met him and now I know if I ever need glass work done I’m going to call on Rich. Rich knew I was at Walmart while waiting for the install and even drove to pick me up when it was complete. Now that’s service!

I blew out the sun roof on my Mazda CX-9 while buzzing up I-95 last Friday. No apparent cause. Flaw in the glass? Temperature differential? It's a rather frightening experience if you've ever had it. Sounded like a rifle shot. No one knows for sure. Anyway, I lined up Veteran Friday afternoon. He ordered the replacement, I came in first thing Wednesday, and it was done. Superb job. You can't tell that anything happened.

Timely, courteous, precise and perfect job.

Unlike another vendor who tried to scam me for $200 more because the windshield was OEM (although the insurance company pays for it in full), Veteran Auto Glass never mentioned such surcharge.

Veteran technicians were the only team who informed me that the forward looking camera would dynamically adjust when I drive the car for a few miles. Every other company told me it would need to be re calibrated for another around $400.
I double and triple checked, took the car to the dealer afterward who told me no adjustment is required, drove and tested the car and all was fine as Veteran Auto Glass stated.

Veteran Auto Glass didn't even ask for a review despite their humbling performance in every respect.

I would highly recommend Veteran Glass. Richie responded to my windshield replacement request very quickly, came to my home to do the repair, and I'm very happy with the job. Coincidentally, the same day he came to repair my windshield, the passenger-side window wouldn't go down. Richie took care of the windshield replacement on my dodge truck. Very professional and quick - no BS! Veteran will always be my first call for glass replacement in the future.

Ritchie did an excellent job with my windshield. He was on time and very efficient. I can't see any signs of the replacement and no leaks at all. I would use Veteran Glass again and recommend it to my friends.

Blew out the back window on my Honda CR-V (long story, don't ask) on a Thursday morning and needed to get it replaced ASAP. Called the big national glass replacement place since they have a location a couple blocks from my house. Wasn't going to be able to get it taken care of for about a week-and-a-half because they couldn't find the glass anywhere. (Yes, the big national glass replacement chain couldn't find the glass...) Called Richard at Veteran Glass on the recommendation of my Honda dealership and he was able to locate, order and pick up a factory rear window. Brought it to my house and he and his son installed it in my driveway and made the whole process quick and painless - by Monday morning. A full week before the big national place could look at it. Don't let the big national place steer you the wrong way - just call Veteran! (Also, thanks to Prime Honda in Reading for the referral!)

Windshield cracked on way to work this morning called around and spoke to Rich. He was very professional got me in same day very reasonable pricing since I do not have windshield on my insurance. I highly recommend him always good to find good honest people.

Rich replaced my windshield within a year ago, I thought I had water leaking , he came out that day and could not find a leak, but helped locate a rough area of the leak source
