I had another plumber not show up on me. My Mother-in-law recommended Keith. We called him after hours and he was able to fit us in the very next morning. He was early and was done in record timing. I appreciate the fast response and will be using him for all our future needs. Thank you soooo much!

Keith came out quick to fit some new PEX for a kitchen remodel. Very fast, and accomodating for when I didn't explain the job as accurately as I could have. Came back later to check our dishwasher line that was leaking. Very professional and friendly, would definitely use ALI again.

I thank my lucky stars that ALI Plumbing Services is the company that came up when I googled “plumbers in Nashua.” I had a pipe burst the same day that I signed the paperwork to sell my condo. The pipe needed to be fixed quickly and fixed well because the place needed to be inspected by the buyer in 10 days. I called ALI and spoke directly to Keith. While I was in a panic, Keith was calm, courteous, and compassionate. He came out to the property the following day, and saw that the problem was complicated by a water heater that was blocking the split pipe. Removing the water heater (which was wider that the door to the utility closet) would’ve been costly and time consuming, but had he suggested it as the best option, I would’ve gone with it because I needed the work done to sell the place. He instead suggested a pretty clever alternative which required attacking the problem from the back by creating an access panel. I told him that I didn’t think my association would go for that. I called the association and they sounded reluctant. He told me to give them his number, they called him, and he convinced them to let him install the access panel. In doing so, he saved me at least $1000. He completed the work quickly and effectively.

I am the type to get at least 3 quotes before contracting work, but I was so desperate to get the work completed that throughout my dealings with Keith, I never asked him for a quote. I was the perfect customer to overcharge since we never agreed on a price, and after a week of below zero temperatures, demand for plumbers was high. With all that in mind, the bill from Keith wasn't just fair. It was much, much lower than I was expecting it to be.

In ALI Plumbing, I've found a plumber who does excellent work at a reasonable price. I intend to use ALI Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs.

We have used A.L.I. plumbing for a complete new installs and existing repairs. Keith and his crew were not only experts in their trade, but more than friendly to do business with. Very responsive and punctual, and can always find time to get your job done. Highly recommend this plumber over ANY in the southern NH area!

Great guy. He installed a shower and fixed up an exterior water pipe for us last year, and just called him again to fix one of our heating zones. Courteous, affordable and good work.

Keith was recommended to me by the town office. He came out very quickly and assessed our needs and gave us a quote to replace the our existing cast iron plumbing with PVC. At the time we also had a leak that needed immediate attention. Keith was fast and came out immediately to address the leak. I offered to pay him but he said, no he would accept payment when he completed the PVC job. A few months went by as we were not in a hurry to complete the work and once we were ready, Keith would not return any of my calls or voicemail's. I believe there is a chance he under-quoted but given the great first impression, I would not have had a problem paying more if he was honest with me. Instead he avoided all my calls and now I am forced to hire someone else. Very disappointed and very disappointed in the town for recommending him. Only giving him 2 stars because he fixed my leak. Do not trust ALI Plumbings quotes.

Had A.L.I out once and they did a great job very friendly. Called again recently and no return call. Got them finally but they didn't show. On to the next one, I guess. It's a shame.

Got a positive recommendation from a trusted person who had a good experience. 1st call went unanswered and i was going to blow it off since my project was not urgent. Shortly after i found that i needed assistance of a more urgent nature so i called again. On the second attempt i finally reached Keith and we set up an appointment to do both the urgent and the less urgent jobs. Less than an hour later my wife reminded me that we were having house guests the weekend before the scheduled monday visit so i reached out to Keith and explained the situation and we agreed to do the urgent job (boiler supply line) as scheduled on that monday and we would review the less urgent job (bathroom update- connect fixtures, replace toilet etc) and schedule it at that time. This was a month before the visit was to occur.

I took monday off from work and attempted to confirm the appointment during the weekend before the visit but got no response. Monday morning i tried again and Keith did respond, saying I wasn’t on the schedule but that he could do it on Friday of that same week. I suggested he refer to our previous correspondence regarding Monday, and then agreed to the rescheduled date of Friday. “Perfect” was his response. I rearranged my work schedule, exchanging Monday off for Friday off.

Friday afternoon arrived. “After lunch” is somewhat vague so while i kept an eye out for him I wasn’t too concerned at first. When 2:15 rolled around i had a bad feeling so i reached out to ask if we were still on. I rec’d no response. I held out slim hope until the family went out to dinner at 5:00. If he had shown up at 4:55 i would have skipped dinner and had him do the work since technically 4:55 is “after lunch”. But he didn’t. I get that in his business things don’t always go as planned. Complications can arise, emergency calls happen. I would’ve understood if either of those were the case. What i WON’T tolerate is non-communication.

So while the person who recommended ALI to me had a good experience, I definitely did not. And from reading the other reviews both seem common with him. It’s a crapshoot whether you get good service or bad/ no service. If i could rate zero stars i would because in all honesty, for my experience 1-star is too high a rating.

Ali Plumbing are working with AHS and giving unprofessional service. I had a visit from a plumber on my garbage disposal issue. He spent 5 minutes at my home, poured some unclog drain powder and left saying he understands there is an issue with the engine but the insurance will not cover it.

Never called. He said, there was an emergency. I had an 8 o'clock appt. Never called me, he said he was going to call me, when he got done. Spent all day waiting for him.
