This company is amazing! The Gas Co. shut my heat off on Christmas night because there was a problem with my furnace. They told me to call a service company first thing in the morning. I didn't have one because I hadn't needed any work done since I bought the house. Someone recommended this company, and I am so glad they did. I know they were swamped, but when I told them what happened, they sent someone right out. Two guys came, (wish I could remember their names), they were very nice and knew what was wrong, but didn't have the part. Turns out the part had to be ordered and when they got the part the next day, Jared came back and fixed it. He was so kind and professional and explained what was wrong. They didn't have to do that, especially for someone who wasn't a customer, but they did. Roxanne in the office was also amazing. She kept me informed on what was going on and even called to make sure I was all set. Their price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them and they have a customer for life.

We had Harry Wells install a new oil burner furnace in our home. We are very happy with the burner as well as the professionalism during and after the installation. It was installed in the summer and when I turned the heat on for the first time a couple months later, there was a small issue. They came right out and fixed it that same day. The cost of the unit was also very reasonable for the quality we wanted. I would recommend them to anyone.

Called for an appointment at 7:30 this morning and Roxanne got me in for later in the morning. They called to see if we minded if they came early! Timmy was great. He fixed our issue in no time, and left the everything clean and tidy. The bill was really reasonable. I highly recommend Wells for plumbing issues.

Just had Tyler come replace a water heater on a Saturday. Showed up an hour after I called in and he came right over and did it. Cleaned up after himself as well. Have had several very good experiences with Harry W Wells & Son, now Proactive Comfort, including hot water heater replacement, toilet repairs, garbage disposal replacement, and cleaning the strainers in the thermostatic mixing valve on the hot water tank. This last problem left us without enough hot water pressure to take a shower on a Saturday. We called in the early afternoon and the response was prompt, professional and totally satisfactory, completed that afternoon. Highly recommend.

Quick, efficient, fair pricing! Called around on Saturday night to find someone to fix a flooding drain, and they were the only service that had no problem coming first thing Sunday morning as requested. Bennett arrived right on time, was quick at diagnosing and repairing the issue, and very polite. Thank you Harry W. Wells & Sons for great service!

My Mother was taken advantage of by a local plumber with no integrity. Afterwards the same problem occurred within 4 days. We called Harry Wells and couldn't have been happier. They came in and fixed the problem and charged her less than half of what the other guy did all while treating her with the utmost respect and kindness. Thanks guys you did a wonderful job again. Big shout out to Roxanne and Jim. Roxanne (work dispatcher) sent me Jim within 20 minutes of my call. Jim was in and out of my house inside of an hour . He was very determined, clean and effecient.
Problem called: Remove and replace botched install of toilet.
Very reasonable fee and great service.

Just had a water heater installed by them and they arrived on time, did a very good job, answered all my questions and charged a very reasonable price compared to others I got estimates from. I'm definitely hiring them again in the future.

We woke up to no heat the day after Thanksgiving. I called for someone to come out and within a 1/2 hour they were there. My problem was fixed within an hour. I would highly recommend this company!

I have to say I was hesitant to hire them due to all the negative reviews. After calling everyone in town & getting an $1800 estimate from heritage I did & I'm glad it worked out They were the cheapest service call in town They came early, were courteous, cleaned up after themselves and fixed my problem for only $250.00 I'll be calling them from now on thanks guys

A few years ago a pipe upstairs bursted and I had water everywhere & didn’t know how to shut water off, an office manager came and shut it off for me with out charging me a dime. Thank you HARRY WELL S
