I think this is our new go-to breakfast spot in Nashua. The Western omelette I got was absolutely loaded with toppings, more than anywhere I’ve ever been. The bacon I got was perfect. My husband said his blueberry pancakes were the best he’s had in New Hampshire. Service was excellent. The two waitresses were working so hard.

Lovely breakfast place, very cosy and located in the heart of the city. Owner Terry and her staffs are super friendly.

Great place for a quick breakfast. Good food and a cozy atmosphere. They even have espresso here! If you live in the area or look to try something new check it out, it's a cool little place that I'm sure you will enjoy!

Adorable little cafe serving breakfast and lunch with many tables for two and a handful of four seat spots. Food is delicious and not overly large portions. For an excellent smorgasbord breakfast, try the Bonanza Breakfast. The home fries are well seasoned, the over easy eggs were just right, the kielbasa was yummy, and the french toast was made with whole wheat bread (so much heartier - and tastier in my opinion - than white bread). Real maple syrup is available upon request, and they have soy milk for your coffee if you are avoiding dairy. My husband said the savory Italian breakfast crepe he got was worth coming back for. This is the kind of homey, local place where the wait staff know the names of the regulars and will chat with you if you are so inclined.

My husband and I love food, we specifically LOVE breakfast, but we are also extremely selective ..“picky” ;) ..however this place blows every other breakfast place away. There is no comparison. Not only is the location cozy and uplifting, and the atmosphere welcoming and fun but the food is absolute perfection. Everything is so fresh, so full of flavor and “hits the spot” every time. No ihop, Dennie’s or comfort food breakfast diner can compare. With their daily specials (that never cease to take your taste buds to the next level) and their unique menu (try the crepes), New Hampshire has really outdone itself with this one. Also, surprisingly affordable!
Long story short, if you’re looking for THE BEST breakfast place for you and or the family, this place will not disappoint.

What a pleasant surprise. Selected need in a good Google review for a quick breakfast, this place was a delight. Food was prepared quickly and was delicious. Staff was pleasant, friendly, and helpful. I got the impression that many of the people present we regulars, and why not? Prices were reasonable, environment cozy, and location convenient. When we were there, street parking was plentiful.

Cozy atmosphere. I had a coffee while waiting for my friends to arrive and then enjoyed my eggs, hash, homefries and a side of pancakes with real maple syrup. I was very full and didn't eat anything else until nearly suppertime. Everything tasted so good, I just ate it all. Great place with good prices for anyone with a big appetite.

Friendly and fast service. Crowded, but nice. Coffee was good and the egg's Benedict was amazing. Buttered and grilled English muffin, grilled ham super thick and juicy. Perfect hollandaise sauce. We both adored our hash browns. Well seasoned and crispy! Everything had lots of flavor.

Really really great spot. Went early on Sunday and there was no wait. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The meal was really quite good, very flavorful and good portions. The coffee was great. Absolutely will be back here!

This is the true old-time downtown cafe with a bit of an upscale feel -- but it's the perfect balance. The waitresses are so friendly and efficient since the place is always packed. Almost every time I go there is a 2-10 minute wait for a table (which is outside since there is no room inside) but it is so worth it. The food is fantastic. I've only had breakfast but it is definitely 5 star pancakes, omelets, scrambles and all the other standards. But every day there is a very unique daily special choice on panackes, omelet and scramble. For instance, today I had the Pulled Pork and Cheddar Omelet with a blueberry-lemon-coconut pancake. Sounds weird but was fantastic. Fluffy light pancakes unlike anywhere else. I really like it, can you tell?

This has become my Sunday ritual for breakfast. The food is delicious and inventive. The ingredients are fresh, and cooked properly. The front of house is run well, and the wait staff has a sense of humor that makes your experience feel more personal. The only downside to this restaurant is there is not enough tables (12) for the number of people that want to eat here. So there can be a wait, and there is not enough room to wait inside. But it is worth the wait!!!

Hands down the best cafe for breakfast and lunch in the area. The food is made with fresh ingredients and the daily specials are always inventive and delicious. They're happy to make adjustments to recipes for special needs (such as vegetarians). Terry, Rebecca, and the entire staff are always fun and courteous. The place has a great old-school vibe. You'll be hooked after the first visit.

The staff is exceptional, and the food is tasty and filling. They also recently changed to coffee supplied by A&E. The coffee was very agreeable (I had too many refills). I had the pancakes which were served with soft butter just starting to slide down the mountainous stack. With the judicious application of maple syrup, the mountain was conquered. I was still the last one done as the others in our party had already devoured their Mediterranean Omelets!

I ate the most delicious chocolate chip pancakes here at a great price. No skimping here on quality or amount. Coffee is delish too. Quick and friendly service and easy to flag a server. Coffee refills offered often. Maybe could have a little more room between tables and seats, but I realize eliminating a few tables would create a possible wait time. Plus, the closer quarters make the cafe lively and create a fun atmosphere.

We love City Room Cafe! The food is always delicious and fresh. The only downside is the size of the place, but we are willing to wait! It is totally worth it. The decor is charming and ever-changing with local art on the walls and cool signage.

Great breakfast spot! It's way smaller than I would have expected, but that's part of the appeal. The food was excellent, and the service was, too. The coffee was so-so, but that's OK. Definitely worth checking our if you want a good meal in a cizy, friendly setting. Oh,and they have lots of neat art for sale, tooo!

I love this little, hidden gem. They are responsible for sparking my love for spinach, tomato, bacon, and cheese omelettes. In the warmer seasons the choice to sit outside is a nice option. Located on a side street off of Main Street, it isn't too busy when it comes to people passing by. The selection is perfect. Not too many options which makes it easy for me to decide but not too little leaving me forced to get something I don't really like. Staff is always there when I am ready or need something along with being very positive and friendly. Even though they don't have a large space, I don't feel like I am sitting on top of another person or my space is being intruded on. Nice, quiet place to check out and enjoy if you are in the downtown area.

Great little cafe! They had a number of daily specials and a great selection on the menu. Selections of omelettes, eggs, and crepes, along with the standard bagels, English muffins, etc. Some of their omelettes and eggs combos we're really unique like cheddar and apple (outstanding) and Greek with feta and olives. They have tables outside in the summer too, which would be nice during warm days. Parking is on Street or at the nearby Elm St garage, which rarely fills up.

I come here at least once a week, and love it every single time.
The servers are always friendly and go out of their way to make guests feel welcome.
I highly recommend City Room to anyone passing through Nashua looking for a bite to eat.
