She is a excellent sales rep that provided us with amazing service and in-site to what we were looking for! We brought a washer dryer combo and she made the experience great! Customer service can be a disaster in many situations, at this Home Depot in Robbinsville New Jersey my experiences have been great. Staffed for maximum delivery on the many different issues that customers can have, I was guided to an excellent response and gratifying solution with my tool purchase from Mr Tommy O. From potting soil to great abundant selections of lumber, the customer service department has to be given a GOLD STAR for it's service to the Home Depot's customer base. Mr Brian Czajkowski has the knowledge and skills to help DIY guys like me get what is needed to correctly start and finish Plumbing and Electrical projects. Mrs Angela and Mrs Louren helped me with coupon verification and price matching with my purchases. Today March 23rd 2023 I needed to purchase a dark backdrop color paint and as always my favorite stop is Home Depot in Hamilton, Mr Dan having knowledge and experience with paints helped me find exactly what I was looking for. This associate is exactly what Customer Care is all about, greets, asks, and delivers. So come on down and start your Spring at the DEPOT. SPRING 🌱🌼 brings colors from nature that enlighten your senses, and Home Depot is your lawn and garden destination. Gentlemen like Mr Rich with 21 Years of service will help you personally or get you to a member that will. Take your Spring inspirations to the Depot and start creating. If you need a reliable table saw that has a solid table base that can be taken to any work site, the DeWalt 8 1/4 inch blade is my table saw of choice. Comes with all the tools needed for a DIY or Pro guy or gal to work any job. So check it out guy's and gal's, great tool for your next project.

Love this location. Good product choice and varieties, since each Home Depot carry different variations. Always clean and shopping is very easy. We get our drinking water from there and have complaints at all. Oh then we got so many fruit trees from them with 1.5"-2" trunk which is a great deal. They started to give fruit in first season.

I purchased a weed whacker at a different HD that immediately broke. We returned it here, and between the amazing associate who laughed with us through the return, and the deaf associate who recommended a higher grade weedwhacker with better durability for my husband (who doesn't know his own strength), this was the most fun return I've ever processed.

I had an amazing experience when I went to the store a few weeks ago. I was greeted from the moment I entered and all throughout my time at the store. I must have looked confused because I was instantly assisted by an associate named Sean and he helped me find what I needed or asked another associate to assist if he couldn't. He had great gardening advice and now I have beautiful flowers! My survey code didn't work but I still wanted everyone to know Sean at Hamilton is Amazing and he made my experience a very positive one. Thank you.

I had a great experience with Sean, who is the Service Desk Lead. I had an issue with an online order where the .com service desk was not being helpful at all. I ended up going to the store to get my issue rectified and within 10 minutes I was done with my issue being 100% resolved. Sean was professional and extremely helpful and just made things very easy. So LAUREN swoops into customer service like a hawk when she sees the return line forming because 2 guys that are on the registers are super slow. So she is an amazing teamplayer #1. Then, she waits on 5 people! Meanwhile, I'm still waiting for my guy to finish me and my simple one item return! Where did she come from? Why isn't she full time? Why does she have to go to school to be a biology major? lol Can't you just offer her a ridiculous amount of money and immediately make her store manager? She is by far the greatest thing I have ever seen in Home Depot! You need 10 LAURENS!! Give this girl a raise, beg her to stay. Do something! She can't leave! She loves her job and is good at it. I physically dread having to return something and stand in the long Home Depot lines but she, she is a gift to Home Depot. I have been coming into the store for over 20 years and I'm telling you she is the best employee I have ever seen. Get it girl! You deserve the world! You will go far with your amazing work ethic! Home Depot, reward this girl for her amazing work. I don't know her, I've never met her prior to today but she is a gift to your store.

Had to leave a review for Tom at the service desk. Trying to make a purchase for a business after leaving the card at home- he worked tirelessly to help us out in a dire situation. Can't thank him enough for his exceptional service.

I would like to send my sincere thanks and appreciation for two employees at the Hamilton NJ Home Depot. Blair and Mike. I was shopping for a Scott's brand spreader. I couldn't find any couldnt find any in the store. I asked Mike to help me further who working outside in the nursery area. While he was able to find them in the store, there was one problem. They were stored at the very top of the steel shelving. It required a special piece of equipment to reach them and that's where Blair came. It also required two aisles to be closed down to keep other shoppers safe. These two men went above and beyond to satisfy me for just one item. It was a lot of extra labor and I want them to know how much they are appreciated by me. I also came across a manager while was shopping and her name was Stacy. I made it known to her how I appreciated what Mike and Blair did for me. And I would like to thank her for time she spent with me. A 5 star review for all involved is not enough to express my gratitude!!!

Best home depot in the area. Very rarely did I have to go to another because I couldn't find items. Managers help out, and correct any issues.

Love my Home Depot in Hamilton, New Jersey. Everyone is very helpful there. Very well stocked. Some prices are high right now and we all know why. ( I don't want to get political. ) I love this home Depot and yes Lowes across the road too. Two great places

I walked right into Hamilton Home Depot this afternoon. I was greeted and two people asked if I need any help looking for something, I said yes please, I need paint. He told me what isle it was in and made sure I got there ok. Another gentleman asked if I needed any help again, I said peel and stick flooring. He took me there.
I spent over $400 today but probably wouldn't have spent a dime walking through the huge store with my very bad knee. I love this place. Very well stocked in all the isles I saw today. I give them a 15! If you like this please click numbs up. Thank you

I recently had the greatest experience at this specific location. My heater suddenly broke and the only store that carried the part was over an hour away. I had the honor of dealing with the two most caring and dedicated workers Brian and Lisa. They went above and beyond to make sure I received my online order. It’s nice to know people still have compassion, love what they do and are dedicated to the company. My frustrated day ended with a sense of ease, due to both of them. They made the hour and twenty minute drive well worth it. Brian and Lisa, you will never understand how appreciative I am and how you made me feel like I was part of your family. I wish there were more people in the world like you. I will secretly wish that you are transferred to a store closer to me! Thank you both so much because of your help we have HEAT!!!

Amazing employees and super clean. This is my local Home Depot and I couldn’t be more happy. We have been doing a lot of work around our house and the staff at Home Depot is AMAZING. They are always going above and beyond with helping locate items. And when I go without my husband they will always help out in pushing my cart which is the best because it can get quite heavy.

Also this is a super clean store. Well sanitized and they offer free masks and cleaning items at the entrance.
