Worst parking company to exist, park elsewhere if you can. I’m a monthly member with this parking company and few months ago my location was robbed. Target parking used to require everyone to leave their key fobs with the valet and my key fob was stolen. They took no accountability for this incident and the manager, Patricia told me I was on my own and should seek out to my insurance to pay for my new key fob. Patricia then stated she would send me the companies insurance information so I can reach out to them but never sent the information. I have been sending emails to Patricia and other staff members at Target Park but they just chose to ignore and not respond.

Update: the manager Patricia now said I’m welcomed to pay additional $100 a month to park myself but don’t want to replace my key fob that was stolen under their possession.

Avoid all Target Park locations. Our garage was robbed and we were informed by management that two cars and three sets of keys were stolen. I asked specifically if our keys were stolen and they said no, but when we went to the attendant to get our keys back, they said many more sets were stolen, including ours. The office has repeatedly lied to us and cannot give us information that matches up. The experience of being robbed is bad enough, let alone watching management try to cover something up.

Edited to add: the sexist manager has now asked to speak to my husband instead of me (I am not married), but will not provide a phone number for anyone to contact her.

The worst parking lot Ever!! They lie, they over charge!! Now they want to valet people's car during a Pandemic!! They don't care your child is sick and high risk!! They took over a parking lot in an affordable housing building and now want not only charge us 300$ but now they send threatening emails to the tenants saying if we don't valet our car during a pandemic mind you that we can no longer park there. 🤔 that wasn't told to us when we signed our lease! We only told it was going to be a third party lot that we would just have to pay a fee!!! NEVER NEVER was anyone told we would be forced to valet our cars!!! All they care about is money 💰

There is a clear lack of customer service skills and respect for customers between associate and managerial levels. My experience was both unprofessional and impersonal with regard to the associates attitude. This same attitude and lack of respect continued when asked to speak to the office manager. Would not recommend Target Park.

Parked at the Old City location in Phila. Pa. Sign with rates out front is totally incorrect. Rates looked fair but when I left the lot and went to pay , the rates advertised were only for weekdays and I was there on a Sunday.
SCAM !

The worst parking company ever, they decide to take over a parking lot in an affordable housing lottery building and they charge tenants the same price for parking as they charge regulars, so despicable

Took them 2 months to answer my email and refused to return my money. No attendant at parking facility. Don't park with them.
