I Had a great car buying experience. I found a vehicle I wanted that was located at this dealer! Even though I was 7 hours away in NC we were able to come to a great deal over the phone dealing with Bill! Once the deal was rock solid I drove up to NJ to buy the vehicle! Danna was able to translate all of the process in spanish to my parents so that they could make a more informed decision on said vehicle. I recently brought my Wrangler to Route 1 CJDR for two separate issues, one being the Auto Start/Stop not working and another being a water leak when it rains.
The first visit they diagnosed two bad batteries. While in for that service they found something else I would have never noticed and brought it to my attention and fixed that as well.
The water leak (second visit) did require a bit of diagnosis, but after replacing some seals they didn't just say 'bye' and send me on the way. They retested for water leaks and found one seal was manufactured with a defect, so reordered and replaced. All is well. I have worked primarily with Shaun Thayer who has been remarkable, a little with Dave (when Shaun was enjoying her day off) and Alexis on the phone. Five star team.

I was looking to trade in my Honda for something new. I was referred by my friend to speak with Danna. I messaged her on her social media where she was the most professional and friendly! She answered all of my questions with a positive attitude. When I’m ready to buy she’s the one I’m coming to and I’ve already refereed more friends. Her being able to speak Spanish was a major plus!

Wow, I truly love this dealership and I have purchased 2@ Jeep SRTs and 2@ Jeep Trackhawks from them. My salesman Danny who is truly amazing and will go above and beyond to make sure you find the perfect vehicle and get the best deal. He reached out to me knowing I was a performance truck enthusiast. Route 1 Service Department led by Vladimir is a very unusual one.... ALL of its attention is dedicated to Customer Satisfaction and performance!! Over the years, that I have been a customer with Route 1, Vladimir and the service department have always been there for me with his experienced staff. They were most accommodating with my work schedule when I needed to have my car serviced. Vladimir and his service department did whatever they could to work with me and to get the job done. Purchased a Ram TRX last week. The salesman (Danny) was great, courteous and respectful throughout the process. Was in and out relatively quickly. Finance department (Mike) was very courteous and met my needs swiftly. There is a common theme in a lot of the reviews and that is straight forwardness. Ashley and Jackie were excellent to work with, no BS, they were honest and worked hard to get me the best deal they could. They went above and beyond delivering my new GCL limited black to my home accommodating my new born son. They have earned a return customer! When my wife’s leased Audi is up we will come right back to work with the team on a wagoner !
