Fast and efficient

This Walgreens is pretty nice generally. It's very convenient for prescription pick up with a drive through. Customer service has been great if you can actually get them on the phone. They had great toys for kids around Christmas time and sales like buy one get one. I was sure pleased I caught it by accident because I was able to get a bunch of things for my niece & nephew. Also other gift ideas for adults.

They leave you sitting in the drive thru without acknowledgement.

Very slow service. Not friendly. Sometimes drug not available.

Again 2 days in a row. Ms Patel is making my pain medicine that without it at this point I want walk. I called someone answer and said it's ready come get it. WELL TO NO SURPRISE MS.PATEL SAID IT ISNT READY. THERE IS NO CODE ON THE SCRIPT. BE PREPARED TO GET A CALL FROM HEADQUARTERS HR MS PATEL. I DID COMPLAIN AGAIN. AND THEN FOR YOU TO TELL ME GET A SMARTER DR OR GO TO A DIFFERENT PHARMACY. GUESS WHAT I AM NOT GOING ANYWHERE. EVERYTIME I GET PROBLEMS I WILL POST AND CALL CORPORATE HR. I HAVE THE CASE NUMBER IF YOU WOULD LIKE IT I WILL GIVE IT TO YOU. JUST CALL ME

This pharmacy is extremely terrible. They messed up my prescriptions many times. When I was pregnant they gave me the wrong dose for a medication, I have spoken to a manager and did nothing about it. They also lost my prescription several times after I dropped off. I don’t know if it’s the staff or the managers who are very careless. It’s highly frustrating!!! You would expect a local pharmacy to be better but that is not the case here. Do not go here even by mistake. I’ve learned my lesson and staying away from here.

I have waited an hour to pick up my prescriptions and they are constantly out of medications. My insurance changed and I can’t go to cvs anymore. Never had an issue like this at cvs. I came to this location years ago and never had an issue but this place has really declined. 1 hour for 5 cars?!?!

Slowest pharmacy. COVID testing not run efficiently, making others in drive through wait LONG times. Dislike this location. Only can use Walgreens with my insurance and very unhappy with that. Never had these issues with Rite Aid or CVS. Usually out of stock of my medicine.

I wish I could not give any stars. This place is absolutely HORRIBLE. THE WORSE SERVICE I'VE EVER RECEIVED FROM A WALGREENS CHAIN. The pharmacy is terrible. My doctor phoned in my prescription at noon. I went to pick it up and was told to come back at 2pm.its now 5pm and I'm still waiting for my prescription. I will NEVER go to this store again. I'd rather drive further and receive better customer service.

The drive up pharmacy is not a convenience. You wait longer to get a prescription via drive thru than going inside. Maybe they should rethink not allowing for anyone picking up to wait 20 minutes at the window counter when the line is around the corner. This should be a pick up only. Really disappointed.

Service here is terrible!! Arrived for my 2:30 vaccination appointment at 2 and didn't get my vaccine until 3:30. I'm pretty sure they forgot that I was even there.

Why go to Walgreens when you can go to a locally owned pharmacy with better prices? In my opinion, switching to Township Pharmacy was a smart choice.

Pharmacy has gotten terrible pharmacist don’t greet anyone people work there don’t know what’s going on. They barely answer the phone

Everything at this pharmacy takes two or three times as long as it should, every time.

Worst service I’ve ever seen
