My daughter sent me a reel about The Hive!
So excited to try their cinnamon rolls!!
I had the honor of being the first person in line!!
I arrived at 7:14am and The Hive opened at 8am.
Shortly thereafter more people arrived and as shown on the reel the line was long.
I enjoyed a latte to go and purchased my "allowed" 4 cinnamon rolls!
Family and I enjoyed the rolls! Worth waiting in line!
Suggestion! The first person in line should be able to purchase a bonus roll to enjoy with their coffee at The Hive!

Lovely place for a coffee date or a work day from cafe. The place is relaxing and has kids play area in the end of the hall which gives a delightful vibe. The seasonal drinks are very cool. The spring special coffees were awesome, I had the Frenchie. The also have good wifi to work and read from there.

It is very cute coffee shop located in the heart of Hoboken. The interior color palette has a sort of feminine touch to it;which is great. The coffee is pretty amazing, one of the best in the area. They have wifi and ample seating space. One thing I want to highlight is that it also has a play area inside so it might not be quiet all time, something to consider if you’re planning to work from here. I had the coco loco cold brew and would definitely recommend it. My friend had the tea and said it was Okayish.

The line is worth the wait! They provided coffee and hand warmers for people who were waiting and everyone was so kind! The strawberry cheesecake latte was delicious and so were the blueberry cinnamon rolls.

We arrived at 8:10am on a Sunday and by the team we reached the entry door they were sold out. You gotta be here an hour before the open to get the classic cinnamon rolls. However we had a blueberry muffin and asked for frosting and got crumbles too. So after all it was worth the wait 🥹 but maybe next time we get to try them 🥲

Such a cute coffee shop! I love the warm, friendly atmosphere and all the pink decor! My latte with almond milk was well made and delicious!

Finally tried the famed weekend cinnamon rolls after 18 months of living in Hoboken. It did not disappoint - soft, fluffy and warm with plenty of cream cheese frosting. I arrived around 7:40 and was about the tenth person in line, probably had my cinnamon roll in hand by 8:15. In addition to the rolls, there are plenty of other enticing baked goods and unique drink offerings. One cinnamon roll is $8..

We had four cookies, but we shared the brownie cookie on the way home… it’s gone! Super elegant latte/coffee and pastry shop. The service is speedy and friendly! They’re a lot of locals that live near by that the staff knew by name. That was very impressive! The nicest part of my entire experience was the environment! We’re all looking for a great vibe, the music wasn’t super loud, the espresso machines weren’t fighting my voice, and most importantly, there was sunlight. Just enough sun to enjoy it, but not enough to make you hot! I stayed for roughly 20 minutes and didn’t smell like coffee when I left. I love the mommy and me area in the back of the store. The kids can play with any of the toys and others can do work and not hear kids in the back. They have really good scented candles as well as bath bombs. Very clean and cool place. 10 out of 10, recommend!

This place is absolutely wonderful! The people are very kind and patient even when it is overwhelming pack. The drinks are so creative yet incredibly tasty. The food items are such good quality for on-the-go bites. I love this place! 10/10 highly recommend you go check it out for yourself.

Almond croissant was crispy, flaky, shattering with lots of almonds, and paired beautifully with the hot latte! Must do the dip! Oof, dipping the almond croissant in the latte was a game changer ☕

Cinnamon rolls were sold out, hope I can try them next time. Wonderful vibes for Saturday morning coffee ☀

All the drinks are yummyyyy. I often reduce the sugar a lot, but am always pleased. Matcha lucky charms latte is unreal

The vibe and the drinks are five stars for sure. Beautifully decorated, friendly atmosphere and just a very general chill vibe. Charging $7 for the “open play” in the children’s area is weird and off-putting. I would only assume that the reason for this is to decrease the amount of children that come into the area. Perhaps it seemed liked a good idea but then realized that kids will be kids and kids are sometimes loud. That could certainly ruin the vibe. As a mom of 2 young & feral kids, I absolutely love the idea of having a play space for them while I sip my latte. But this particular play space is not at all worth $7.

Drinks and baked goods, as well as the merch, are all on point though.

Obsessed with the chocolate covered strawberry iced coffee! This place is super cute, I love they have a separate lounge area for families & the coffee has brilliant flavor!

When visiting a friend, she introduced me to this gem! I loved everything about this space and wish I could bring it back to my hometown! Plus, the cinnamon rolls are amazing! Definitely worth the wait. I still drool every time I see them posted to social media!

My favorite small business/business in general! It’s such a happy place-from the menu, to the decor, to the people behind the counter…there’s a reason why I would frequent The Hive almost daily when I lived in Hoboken, and why I still make the trek from the suburbs to visit (and pick up a stash of their house made cookies to freeze at home) after moving over a year ago.
If you’re looking for great coffee and great vibes, look no further.

Great coffee shop with fun gated area for kids to play. Cinnamon buns were delicious. The line we had to wait in was well worth it. On Sun morning around 9am, we waited about 15 min in the line out the door.
