In a world where everyone and their grandma thinks they’re a sneakerhead/fashion forward, it can really be an Olympic sport trying to find a decent consignment/resell shop in NYC, at least one that won’t flat out play in your face or give you that snobby condescending vibe. With that said, I came by the shop (pop-up) looking to sell a few pairs of shoes, although I had styles he wasn’t necessarily looking for, Andrew was still able to give me a fair & respectable offer I felt comfortable with. The overall vibe of the place is authentic and welcoming; I didn’t get the chance to browse thoroughly, but they have a pretty solid collection of novelty items as well.

Would highly recommend.

I came into the store to purchase a last-minute gift for my husband. Chris and Andrew were there were so helpful in assisting me finding exactly what I wanted.
Being that my husband has a super difficult size they did go above and beyond to contact all of their resources to help accommodate me. You can tell it the small business dedicate a lot of timing finding exclusive, one of a kind pieces for their clients. I will definitely be shopping there again.

Great experience! Came to The Sole Broker looking to do a trade and Andrew was more then accommodating. Took me a while to figure out what I wanted, but he was patient and persistent to help me find the right shoe. Great store. Andrew is a great owner. He was able to make a trade with me despite not trading the best of items back. We worked for over an hour and we finally both came to agreement we were happy with. Thank you for helping me get my grails. I look forward to coming back often in the future.

I drove from New Jersey and Andrew sold me a pair of yeezy Ash stone 350s for $99! And they go for $300 . I am Very happy with my purchase and Andrew is a very nice well spoken and very handsome man.

Hands down best sneaker store on the island. Whenever you go into the store, workers are knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable and don't pressure you into buying anything. 10 out of 10 would recommend shopping here and also will be visiting again for future purchases.

I went into the shop to purchase a pair of pants and a shirt for my budget of $220 and was able to find a pair of Ksubi pants under retail at $150 and a shirt for $30. This store has a mix of product for any and all customers. The customer service was also top-notch; unlike other store where they are snobby. I was greeted from the minute I entered the store and the sales associates helped me throughout my entire time at the shop. Highly recommended!

I’ve heard great things about place from a few friends. Went in today to get myself a birthday gift, Andrew and Chris were great. They’re professional, knowledgeable, and their customer service is was excellent. Fun guys to shop with, and they have a great selection, even got a pair for my wife. I went into the sole broker to swap my onyx 350’s for a pair of shoes that actually fit. The staff at the sole broker were able to accommodate me. The store has all the latest Jordan’s as well as older models which are hard to find. A definite must see if you’re in Staten Island or New York.

Went to the sole broker to sell my pre-owned sneakers. Although the shoes were worn I received a very fair price for them. The customer service was excellent and I would highly recommend anyone come here to purchase or trade sneakers and street wear.

The second you enter … you feel welcomed, not pressured and feel like you are buying from a business that deserves your money … did not push and products onto me .. also gave me many tips and suggestions .. I will definitely be returning .. great prices and kind staff … Andrew is definitely a great guy.. highly recommended checking the store out !!!
