We shopped here yesterday with a gift card. Cody/Kody (spelling?) was the consummate professional when the store’s website was experiencing technical difficulties. He was warm and gracious, patiently manually entering and reentering gift card numbers, codes, etc., and tenaciously trying different approaches to help us complete our purchase. He really cares about both the customers and the store. What an asset to this company. Excellent customer service and experience!

I love this place because it’s my favorite casual wear. They have great merchandise. I purchased a bag I always wanted to buy.

I was there apx 3 weeks ago. Not sure if the young black lady was the manager but she was polite and professional. Wish I would have got her name. The interaction was very short but long enough for me to get a positive vibe of what to expect from the store. She pointed me to the back of the store where there was another young lady that was willing to assist me. Unfortunately for both pair of kicks I wanted, they didn't have a 10.5 for me. I'll definitely return there as I'm a man that is big on customer service.

I came in to return shoes and left with a merchandise credit. When I went to order online, it didn’t work. I called the number on the back of the gift card and ended up getting transferred/dropped off calls/redirected until I was so frustrated I gave up. I called the store and Nelson was SO kind and helpful. We couldn’t figure out the exact issue that day but he followed up with me a couple days later and had solved it. During the holidays when everyone is so busy, this was totally above and beyond customer service. Thank you, Nelson!

I had to make a post for one of the staff members. Thank you Nelson Monterrosa for taking the time to help me with a shoe order. Not many people will go above and beyond calling other nearby stores just to make sure I find the right shoes for my son. Thank you sir for your kindness and patience! Will definitely shop at this Vans branch as long as they have staff like this!

SECRET FACT: This is a pilot store for the retail district. They get fresh styles before anyone else.

Great customer service today and they have my shoe size available for me and more options to choose from. Very friendly to me and I will set foot at any Vans again in the future.

Got my first pair of Vans a couple months ago here! The staff was so friendly, and was very patient in helping me find the right size for my shoes. The shoes are all very nice. Can't wait to get another pair !

They held my sneakers until I came. Cute items. Very helpful staff. And the prices are amazingly fair...

There's always staff eager to help you with what you need. I've gone here often and have never had any bad experiences with any of workers or merchandise. If you are indecisive on what shoe you want or what size you need, the staff will let you try on many pairs of shoes until you find the one that's right.

The young hip style for very cool and trying to help me take pictures of all these style shoes for a friend's kid in Europe once these shoes and they're cool and they're beautiful and they're classic cool helpful patient staff very knowledgeable totally helps me with looking for sale items and showing me what's the coolest thing to get right now I needed to know the latest the greatest and the cheapest they were able to help me in a very fast efficient way totally appreciate that don't you?
