Cool hip coffee shop with chill Williamsburg vibes , good coffee and pastry to snack on. Loved that they got vintage Motorcycle staying inside the store - big fan. They also got outside seating area .land inside couches. Prices are normal and staff guys are cool. Highly recommend

Super cool space. Always good vibes, good music, couch and counter spaces to chill and get work done. Plus they have a great selection of goods. I grabbed some ranger station. (They also have deus, welly, upstate stock products) oh and the lattes are phenomenal.

They make really good matcha latte with almond milk.
Not overcrowded during weekend.

Great cafe to work from with tons of space (couches too) and good wifi! Loved loved loved the cold brew - really helped me power through my work day. Excellent ambiance with great playlist of 80s tunes… love me some Police 🤌🏼

This place has great coffee and wonderful staff!
I think it would be really beneficial for both your staff and customers to have more than one person behind the register/machine. It seemed to be overwhelming for the barista to be alone there, especially in the mornings. Help out your staff please !

This place is awesome. There's lots of unique seating and it's pretty empty in the afternoons / evenings. The coffee is great. There's normal coffee and some unique fruity / matcha drinks. The beverages are LIT.

Great place to stop in and work for a little while or relax after a tough day of work in Midtown. Service is friendly and the vibe is a mix between a Brooklyn coffee shop and a ski lodge.

Close to the Path and pretty much everything else in Hoboken. Great location, great spot, great coffee.

Finally got to try the espresso tonic on the menu - which I’ve never seen anywhere else in Hoboken. Definitely recommend to take or to go, for a quick refresher to your day.

I'm on a mission to try every coffeeshop in Hoboken since I moved here a few months back. The Roost has excellent coffee and a unique vibe, but is not a great place to sit down and stay awhile.

There's a lot of great coffee in Hoboken, and The Roost is on that list. The drinks I've had have been excellent, and the baristas are usually friendly enough (at least for a "good morning, how are you doing", which is rare around here). The shop itself is also interesting, with much more to buy than just coffee. It's not anything I'd want to buy, but it's interesting enough to look at while waiting for your drink. What the roost lacks mostly is seating - there's some bar stools available, but this isn't the kind of place where you can get work done - it's more focused on grab and go coffee.

All in all, The Roost is a solid cup of coffee, especially if you're headed to/from the PATH.

I discovered this coffee shop a few years ago. Whenever I visit the area I stop in (I'm from Michigan). The atmosphere is inviting and warm. Not a lot of fuss. I stopped in yesterday and ordered a mocha. It was the best mocha I've ever had! Very smooth and delicious. Not over powering, just smooth. Can't wait for my next visit. 🙂

Absolutely amazing service at this place. Fresh, strong coffee brewed on the spot, and the seating arrangements is great. You don't sit near anyone, and the view outside is perfect. Rustic yet urban ambience, and eclectic music variety plays as well. Definitely recommended.

I LOVE this coffee shop. It’s spacious and looks nice inside. The coffee is fantastic. I have a big sweet tooth and every other place I go to I have to order light and sweet, but here without adding any sugar it’s perfect how they make it and the drink temp is perfect to drink right away. Worth the $

Stumbled across this place on my way to work the other day and stopped in and was pleasantly greeted. The barista recommended a macadamia milk latte and even let try the milk before hand. It was Delicious! The environment is very welcoming and they sell really cool things like bath salts, homemade soaps, and surfboards. So happy I found an authentic coffee shop in Hoboken! Would highly recommend.
