We had a leak in our hot water heater and I called Mike around 8am. He fit us into his scheduled for the same day and replaced our water heater. He was professional, timely and left the area clean, respectful of our property. I would recommend Quality Pro Services and will be using them again!

I've hired Mike and his team for several plumbing jobs over the years, and will keep doing so and recommend his services to others. He's always very communicative and prompt in his responses - whether it's via text or call. He provides options with his diagnoses and always delivers quality work at a reasonable price. Very kind and responsive. They helped me fix my very old toilet bowl (with lead pipe) and installed all new waxing and materials. I am very pleased with Mike's service and Steve who did the job. The price was also very reasonable. Definitely recommend everyone..

Quality Pro Services offers professional help with all plumping needs. They are quick to respond, access and give an estimate for the job that needs to be done. Julian, the plumber who did the repair job that was needed was professional, informative and quite friendly and most importantly was able to return water to my shower. Update 10/5/22 once again I use this business to repair yet another shower and install two new toilets. The work that has been done is excellent. This time around we had two plumbers, Steve and Juan. Not only did they complete the job required in timely manner they also did a great job working cleanly. We are extremely pleased with the work this business and its employees do.
Seriously, if you need a really good plumber give Quality Pro Services a call.
Updated 12/10/23. Once again, I needed the services of Quality Pro Services to replace a broken pipe under my bathroom sink and once again, they did an excellent job. Juan the plumber came to my home as scheduled and went right to work. Before completing the job, he asked my permission to replace another worn out pipe. Of course, I said yes, and I am very pleased at the results. I now can use the sink in the bathroom. Thank you for all of your hard work.
Latest review =1/15/24 My water heater went. Upon finding out, I immediately called Quality Pro Services and they were very quick to respond. They did it all it under three hours. I have a newly installed water heater and once again I am truly happy and appreciate the work they do. Quality Pro services is always my to go to when I need any plumbing work done. I highly recommend them; you will not be disappointed.

Couldn’t have gotten any luckier! This was a recommendation from a plumbing supply store and I couldn’t be more grateful. Mike the owner answers all his calls and fit me in immediately. The technician who came to do the job was Julian. He was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. This is a 5 plus star business and I would call them back for all our plumbing needs.

These guys are great! Called them first thing in the morning because my boiler was having an issue. They came out promptly, gave me a reasonable price and fixed it same day. They were polite, thorough, clean, knowledgeable and overall just did a great job. I will be having them service my boiler on a regular basis moving forward because I loved their service so much. Would recommend them to anyone!

I'm not much for leaving reviews but I thought that Mike and his team did an exceptional job with my steam boiler replacement and deserved a write up. We discovered the leak from the bottom of our boiler on Wednesday morning during the heating season and a few hours later we had an estimate for a replacement. We decided to move forward, put down our deposit the next day, and scheduled the removal and installation for Monday. On Tuesday, we had heat! The new boiler is much quieter than the old one. This is likely because Quality Pro redid all the plumbing leading to and from the boiler. It is now a very clean design. Mike thought that previous plumbing setup could have contributed to a shortened life of the replaced boiler (around 21 years). Throughout the process communication via phone and email was excellent. Thank you Mike, Steve, and the rest of the Quality Pro team.

Great service during a scary time as a new homeowner. Mike sent Juan out right away for a flood in our home and they did the work quickly and professionally. They were honest and very easy to work with. Greatly appreciated their work.

These guys were such a find. We've had them come out for a few different jobs now, and they are always on time, professional, courteous, kind, and reasonably priced. The owner Mike is a nice guy, is quick to respond to inquiries and clearly hires nice, skilled, competent people.

A pipe burst in my basement causing major damage to my floors. Mike was very quick and responsive at a very early hour in the morning trying to arrange a tech visit and Juan was great with his work and explaining what needed to be done. As a homeowner these things are unpredictable, stressful, and scary but they were both very professional and helpful.

Outstanding! From my initial contact with Mike the owner to Julian who completed the repair. We had a 3" water heater exhaust stack that needed to be changed to 4".
They were here on time as well as text messages stating they were on route to our home. Very punctual.
Julian and his helper were extremely nice, professional and completed the repair on time and perfectly. Julian was fantastic as was Mike the owner. Mike's company and workers absolutely stand out and remind me of how customer service used to be. I would definitely recommend them without hesitation. They are an ace company with which you can't possibly go wrong!

QPS recently installed a water heater in our home. The installation was fast and by far the most professional job we have had done on our house. The installers were friendly and professional and made sure that the workspace was clean when they left. I would absolutely use them again.

On a day when N.J. was flooding I was very happy that Quality Pro was able to take my call and come to repair old pipes to my sump pump to prevent basement overflow. Excellent work, kept surrounding area clean and provided guidance.
