I've never been here till my GF who is good friends with the couple who own the place had me try it one day and since then I've been loving the food. It's a husband and wife team that has been there for 20 years. It's the best Chinese food especially the small price for such high quality food. Get anything here and you'll love it. The interior is a little dark but it is a sit-down with a large dining room not just takeout like most Chinese places now. If they only updated the interior a bit they would get so much more sit-in business. Trust me and go here. You'll thank me. If this helped hit the like button. I've been eating their food since I moved to Union city 3 years ago. Never got me sick and not high in sodium. The Sauce they use in General toa Chicken taste like tomatoes sauce not too good.

Old school neighborhood spot...yes it's shabby, but to me it's lovely. If you need a big light-up menu like a fast food spot or all the other Chinese takeaways, then don't come here. No fusion. No mala. Not even really authentic...no disrespect...this is classic Americanized Chinese but it's a well done, and very well priced version. Go to the liquor store across the street and get a bottle of wine or a cold six pack (it's byob) and eat in and enjoy this time capsule of a restaurant...forgo the takeout and enjoy the food as it comes out of the kitchen. Fresh and hot! The family running it are really nice and welcoming...and if you like spice (it's old school Cantonese, not Szechuan) then ask for some homemade hot mustard! Leave it be...I like it.

Delicious house special fried rice, the chicken is amazing and cooked well, the people working are extremely nice. Definitely go here if your looking for a nice dinner.

This is ran by a beautiful family and I’ve been a loyal fan since I was a kid, I would order take out delivered to my daycare lol not even lying!

This has to be my favorite Chinese American restaurant in New Jersey. They been there for over 3o years and you can taste a major difference in the care. They cook to order hence the complaints about delivery not being as fast as other places. The husband and wife run place is easy to miss but locals know what's up 😅💯.

I absolutely love this place. I’ve been coming here since I was 8yrs old. The mixed fried rice is amazing with the spare ribs( I always order with bone ). The restaurant is very authentic with tea and their tea cups . It is a family owned business. Their sons and I went to high school, and they will certainly run the business and I win continue to support. As long as the food tastes the same lol. The mom is always so nice and always has a smile on her face . Definitely a family to me !

This place has been around since I was a kid and I haven't had it in years so I decided to order from here today, it took about 20 minutes since they made everything fresh and it was still piping hot by the time I got home, set the table and served it. They gave a generous amount and the quality is still the best! I got spicy General Tso's Chicken, Shredded Garlic Chicken with Extra Garlic Sauce no veggies, Plain lo Mein and Plain Fried Rice. My God I was blown away! It was soo good, not greasy, no extra preservatives, it wasn't too salty either and I barely had to use any extra sauce (usually I add sauce if the food is dry but not in this case it was very well-balanced in texture and flavor). The rice was cooked so so well it wasn't too soft nor too hard , it was right in the middle, The lo mein was just delicious I just couldn't stop eating it, it was so perfectly soft! (Which is just perfect for me since I'm not a fan of al dente noodles.) The shredded garlic chicken was very wholesome and perfectly tender. And finally the General Tso's I can say for a fact that I've never had General Tso's that tasted this good! The outer shell was perfectly crispy to bite into while the chicken was perfectly tender inside and the sauce was rich and very flavorful. We heartily enjoyed our meal and I'm so happy this place is still around after all these years. OH and More so my mom really enjoyed it she barely eats takeout since it can be too hard for her and this is the first time in months she thoroughly enjoyed takeout!

They have the best rice ever I never tried this type of rice ever in a Chinese place, the chicken are not greasy, they are so good. The people are very friendly! I come from every weekend for their food, especially the house special is very good.

Very nice Resturant and the food is really good. Everyone who works here is extremely nice and it's in a really good spot in Union City, NJ. Absolutely amazing.
