Our technicians, Rob and Garrett, were awesome. They worked in a timely manner, cleaned up after themselves, and were very friendly. You wouldn't even have known they were at your house doing major work.

I have always heard great things about Tom Rostron which is why I wanted to give them a try. Very happy I did. Highly recommend.

The time finally came for us to replace our 28 year old boiler. We decided to use Tom Rostron Co., Inc. and, by far, that was the absolute best decision we could have made. We could not have been happier with the service we received.

The Tom Rostron Team has been amazing. We met with Joe Holland, the Rostron project manager, to discuss our options. He was knowledgeable and professional. It was such a pleasure to deal with Joe - no high pressure tactics or push to sell on certain things. Joe was extremely responsive and answered any of our questions immediately. He stayed with the job from beginning to end - from when he sold it to when the install team finished the job. It is obvious Joe takes immense pride in providing premier service to his clients.

The install team was also amazing with Roland D. as the lead and Randy, Omar and Shawn. The techs/installers were on time, thorough, extremely polite, respectful and above all, very professional. The team was super clean while working in our home and left the basement area cleaner than when they started.

Had a heat issue and called Rostron Co., Inc. Explained the problem and they responded same day. Rick B. was the service tech. He explained what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix the problem. He ordered parts and was back here the next day. He was very professional, polite and very knowledgeable, and fixed the issue that day. Will recommend Tom Rostron Co., and Rick B was great. Thanks so much.

I have an Old House in Ocean Grove. There is no existing duct work. There is boiler hot water baseboard heat. I interviewed three different companies. Tom Rostron offered the best solution and was competitive on price. Joe Holland was my sales person. He was very professional and took measurements and explained everything. I thought I needed to duct through a closet but he came up with a clever solution with minimal space loss. I still have the sacred old house closet space. Sean and his assistant Christian did the bulk of the install and worked efficiently and clean. They were very polite. The company also did the permitting, provided the electrician and had to negotiate with the feared Historic Preservation Committee. Top Notch. Strongly recommend.

This review is long overdue, but it’s best that I’ve waited because now I have had a full year’s worth of experience with this wonderful team! Starting w/ Donna at the office, who is always accommodating my schedule & explaining things to me, to Josh, project manager/sales who is down to earth & honest, who provided us w/ an easy, FREE solution to a problem last year, to all the service technicians, including Joe, Kyle & Steven, we are truly grateful for your professional, reliable service! Wow! I will never call anyone else. Our furnace was leaking, and this was the first issue since purchasing our home. The previous homeowners left Rostron's number for HVAC needs. After calling, our technician Rick arrived at my house within the hour. He quickly diagnosed the issue as well as thoroughly checked everything else to make sure nothing else needed his attention. He explained everything to me very clearly and gave advice on preventative measures. Rick was so friendly and I enjoyed chatting with him! 5 stars is not enough! 10/10, will call again!

The company called me because it was time for my heating system to be serviced. We have it under contract with them. Rick B was the tech. and called me ahead of time to let me know he was on the way. When he got here he explained exactly what he would be doing and the price for his work and what parts he would be installing. Very professional and thorough. Rick is a very nice guy and easy to talk with. Answered all of my questions and thoroughly tested the system before leaving. Could not have been a better experience !!!

We recently moved to the area and we were in need of some HVAC and plumbing work. We took a
chance with this company and are very glad we did! The sales rep, Joey Holland, was excellent. He explained everything in detail, gave different options, at different price points and did not pressure us at all. My husband was very pleased with the work performed by Rolland and his partner when they came to do the work. Installation for the plumbing was excellent and efficient. The HVAC work was done by Shawn and his team and was excellent as well. Shawn kept me updated constantly, let me know whenever there was a problem or issue, it got discussed and accomplished. They were very neat, efficient, polite and friendly! My husband was very satisfied with the company and the work and would definitely do work with them again.

Steve was honest and professional. I had two technicians with differing diagnostics on my HVAC, which my only solution/recommendation was to replace the whole furnace. I won’t get into the details but once Steve came around, he throughly checked everything and confirmed 1 out of the 4 pressure valve was defective. He replaced it with a universal valve and the heating started functioning properly. Always try to get additional opinions if you’re able to.

Will be working with Tom Rostron for any future needs.

I was having a problem with my furnace & had no heat. Called Rostron, they were able to get me an appointment within a few hours. The technician called to tell me he was on his way & shortly after I received an email from Rostron with a photo & name of the technician that would be providing the service but also a really short bio so you knew something about him. The technician was courteous, friendly & quick to identify the problem. All in all a very positive experience.

Rostron Home services replaced our old A/C unit with a brand new system from Daikin and we could not be happier. The guys installing the system were extremely polite and professional. They even went the extra mile and laid down moving blankets to protect the floors while walking in and out of the house. Tom Rostron’s tech, Ryan called me to let me know when he was 20 minutes away from coming. He arrived on time, put his booties on, to protect our home, and went to work. He is neat, professional and knowledgeable about the equipment. I now feel comfortable that our heat will perform all through the winter.
