Remember my parents taking me to Mrs. G when I was a little girl and it was located on the corner of Rt 1 and Franklin Corner Road. All of my kitchen appliances are from Mrs. G. Staff is friendly and super knowledgable. Had to get appliances during the pandemic and they guided us according to what was available but still a good price and quality. Love that this business was started by a woman and three generations later is run by her great granddaughter - Debbie. Wonderful business to the community. Great to support a local, family owned business!

I purchased a Hestan oven from Mrs. G appliance. The difficulty of getting the oven was a couple of months, but the installation was absolutely perfect. The installation was completed this morning Michael Haines, the sales person and Chris Gray the manager worked diligently to find a very hard oven to acquire. Mike P of Blue Blood LLC and his son, could not have been better. Highly recommend. The personal help for a very expensive purchase was perfect, THANK YOU!!

We purchased a new frig from Mrs G’s back in October, and the service was outstanding. Our salesman (Pete) was great—he helped us select the perfect frig for us—and their customer service was very responsive. The frig was delivered on a Friday, but shortly after the delivery team left it stopped working. We called the store and they immediately set up delivery for a replacement frig on Monday. (We were fortunate that they had another in stock.) We’re extremely happy with our new frig. Thank you, Mrs G’s!! We were also very impressed with Mrs. G’s delivery service (M&N). Both teams (Friday & Monday) were polite and hard working—particularly Michael T. Great job!

This was originally a one star review because we bought a brand new speed queen washer and dryer from Mrs. G's and the washer came defective. They ended up reaching out and replacing the unit within a few days. Both units are working great now. Exceptional customer service and will get out repeat business for our other properties.

The exact make and model of what we wanted was in stock, but the only one available was a floor model. Mrs. G gave us a discount without us even asking. Fast delivery and removal of the old appliance went smoothly. This is the second appliance bought at Mrs. G and have been very satisfied both times.

I had a great experience with Mrs G’s sales and delivery crew. I bought a gas dryer over Thanksgiving weekend. My salesman was Mike Shafer- pleasant, professional, knowledgeable. Not a hard sale approach. I had shopped around. The price was comparable to the bigger national stores.
I am always impressed by the dedication Mrs G’s has to the community. That’s important to me. I wasn’t going to waste my time jumping from store to store to try to save a few dollars when I knew I was supporting a business that supports the Greater Trenton area.
The delivery crew was phenomenal. Michael and Kenneth communicated arrival time with me on the delivery date and arrived promptly. The got my old machine out, installed the new one, and the steam water line within a half hour. They cleaned up all around the area and didn’t leave anything behind.

FABULOUS experience. I am a novice about appliances not having needed any new ones in decades! Mike S was knowledgable, & knew how to guide me to get exactly what I needed... the sizes for my small spaces & the quality & pricing I wanted. I went at sale time & he did well by me. I bought three new kitchen appliances. Mike P who came to do the installation on the dishwasher & wall oven is a treasure. He is the best. He made the whole experience just as simple & easy as could be. He knows what he is doing 100%, warm and smart as can be. I would recommend Mrs. G's absolutely. Made big ticket shopping feel good. And ask for both Mikes.

My family and I have always used Mrs G for all of our appliances. They will always give you a great price and the customer service is always quality. Delivery personnel are top notch and take care of the installation of your appliances.

I shopped online site of Mrs. G Appliances for a stove, and it was great to have the comparison feature. I wanted something "In stock" and was very happy they have quite a few to choose from. The new stove was delivered easily on Monday , and it is amazing I had just bought it on Saturday online. Everything went quick and smoothly, and I cannot thank Mrs. G's enough. Wonderful service, and amazing quick turn around. I did have a few questions, and called the store. They answered all my questions. Great service!

We bought a new range from Mrs. G's. The showroom had plenty of examples to look at and compare. We were very pleased with their pricing. Our salesman Pete answered all of our questions and gave us tips on the different types of units and for the unit that we ultimately bought. It was a great experience to purchase our appliance from Mrs. G's.

We just bought a refrigerator from Mrs. G and, as usual, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. We were able to go to Mrs. G's website, do some preliminary shopping, go in with a short list of preferences, ask if there were any additional suggestions from the sales staff and make an informed decision. Their prices were exactly the same as the big box store down the road. My family has been buying appliances from Mrs. G for 75 years. Their service and delivery are first-rate. You will be happy when you purchase appliance at Mrs. G's.

The Big Box retailers serve a function, but the service and cordiality of Mrs. G always bring us back. We trust and have always experienced interactions with their team that always has us coming back as the need arises. You should put a visit into your queue when you need appliances and a reminder of what a "home town feel" and service can be.

I had already done research online, and they were busy the day I went to shop, but one of the assistants came up and asked if we needed help, and since I was prepared, she was able to help us and have us out in a short amount of time. The guys who delivered my new washer were very friendly, professional and helpful in answering any questions I had. Overall a very nice experience.

I needed a new range and salesman Michael Haines was very helpful in finding just what I was looking for. He was knowledgeable about the products and very pleasant. And the delivery team at M&N Trucking, Ruben and Frank, were very careful and professional in installing the appliance. If I should need another appliance, I wouldn’t hesitate to return to Mrs. G Appliance.

Mrs. G's is the best way to go for home appliances. The prices are similar to Lowes and Home Depot but the service is 1000% better. I did my research on washers and dryers and went in there thinking I knew which brand I wanted. But after spending some time with Salesman Rich, I came home with even more information that I also researched. Turns out, the insight from Rich was accurate and even more valuable than my internet research. Ultimately, I decided to go with his recommendations. Very satisfied with the result. I bought kitchen appliances 4 years ago and was similarly happy with the experience.

Excellent experience purchasing our new GE dishwasher. A seamless process from start to finish...... you won't be disappointed ! Store facility is large / open / clean and many many models of all appliances to view.

Thank the sales staff for showing us what we were looking for according to all the requirements needed to be met and the price was very good as well, the installation and removal process was very professional and did an amazing job so I will recommend them to anyone looking to for an easy painless transaction.

I switched to Mrs G’s from Best Buy and Home Depot for appliances because with my first purchase, salesperson Keith pointed to options I hadn’t considered and proved to have deep knowledge and perspective on various brands’ histories of reliability and recent model changes. I like that he’s always been transparent about pricing… He explained that distributors plan price drops months in advance, and he always shows me the website that delineates what the prices will be over the following six months so that I can time purchases accordingly. I like that I can call years after a purchase to confirm my purchase date of an appliance that needs repair and get the extended warranty info. I’ve bought at least six appliances (I have a large rental property) from Keith during the past five years and several from Home Depot and Best Buy. The quality of sales service has been exponentially better at Mrs. G.‘s.

My wife and I really felt they were there to help get us exactly what we wanted. It was an amazing all around experience. Customer satisfaction is what they are all about. Thanks so much we love our Electrolux double oven. I highly reccomend you head to Mr's G's first and not waste your time anywhere else.
