Recommended Plumbing

We had an emergency one morning with a broken pipe. This was our first experience with Eddie and his team. They showed up immediately, located and fixed the pipe and it was a very reasonable charge. Since then, we have used them to do several much larger jobs. They replaced a furnace/water heater with a tankless system. They replaced a pump in another old, old furnace. They got a thermostat working that has never worked before. We have been very happy with their service and prices. Eddie is friendly and easy to work with. He takes care to explain the work he is doing so we layfolks can understand.

We have worked with several other local plumbers in the past, and Recommended Plumbing has definitely been the best. I highly recommend Recommended!

Okn Feb 10, 2021 , we discovered our sewer line was cracked in our crawl space of our house. My husband, who is pretty hand tried his best to fix it, but do the age of the pipe it just crumbled in his hand. I reached out Recommended Plumbing after hours. Eddie returned my call withing 20 minutes. Eddie came himself the next day to assess the situation. Obviously, it was not an easy job, but Eddie was very professional and his price was reasonable. Everything was fixed on Friday morning and I couldn't bd more thankful. I recommend anyone who has plumbing needs to give Eddie a call, I know I will be using him for any future needs.

We hired Eddie and his team to install new three faucets, two shower heads, with fittings, and trim. They showed up on time, intelligently addressed problems in replacing the new fixtures, and did a beautiful job with the installation. Their price was reasonable and Eddie is great to work with. I definitely recommend Recommended Plumbing.

Eddie and his team do a great job, at a very reasonable price. We've had them out to repair corrosion on some pipes as well as do new plumbing installs and it's been easy and fast.

Building hired Eddie for a job to replace several water heaters and redo some venting and he was great. It was a nice big job and he got paid and his guys did a good job...everyone's happy.

I call him back a couple of months later to come turn on a furnace in the same building. Eddie was all friendly and says no problem, I'll be on it. But nada, 1 week, i made a call almost each day to find out if he got to it yet and he said he would. enough was enough, i straight up said why you give me the run around when you can't commit. he then made an excuse i get 40-50 calls and it's 70 degree (when i was sub 60), blah blah. Ok, i get it, it was a small job and i might be sensitive, but not once did Eddie call back to say he can't make it. Each time it was me following up and each time he tried to play nice guy by saying he was on it, when he knew he didn't have the time. Just be straight up man, i would have been ok if you were too busy.
