I was VERY happy with Domii’s customer service, I wanted to change my family plan from a different carrier to T-Mobile and she guided me through everything professionally. She also informed me of the latest offers and got everything setup while I was in the store and I walked out with all our phones activated ready to go. Thank you so much!

I would like to acknowledge the professional attitude both Daniel and Tommy had with providing their services to connect us with T-Mobile as our carrier. Daniel was on there phone with our existing carrier who was not one of the major carriers out there but regardless they gave Daniel a real run around when he was notifying them to disconnect our services, bottom line the carrier didn’t want to give up our account. But Daniel with his cool calm professional attitude was able to get the job done. It took Daniel and Tommy 3 hrs to get us hooked up with T-Mobile.
The customer service that both Daniel and Tommy provide was definitely above the average you would expect. Daniel and Tommy are truly an asset to T-Mobile. Thank you both!

I’m sorry that some of you may have been to the store when the old manager was there but I can assure you their new manager Ashley is absolutely amazing! She goes above, beyond, over and under for her customers! Due to me not backing up my phone for many years, transferring the data to my new phone has been a chore. Multiple times, the store team has stayed late trying to finish this up for me. I am truly amazed at the level of service now versus a previous experience. Exceptional!!

T- mobile, Walk in to get help with my phone and they waited on me right away. And a few other time's I had to go back and ever time I didn't have to wait. Good place , that's my opinion . Good worker's. 👍

Hi 👋 Please read. Promise I won’t disappoint. I am new to T-Mobile after being with Verizon for 20+ years. Over the last two years my calls with Verizon were dropping constantly and they never had a solution said it must be me, no one else reports this happening. I never had service and it was becoming very frustrating. Same with my husband. So we left and headed to T-Mobile.

We live in Bordentown less than a mile from this store. They have gotten a very bad rep because a previous manager that has recently been let go. Thank goodness! He was awful.

NOW - they have a new manager. Ashley. She is what a manager should be. Kind, patient, real and won’t over sell you. She will support you in whatever you’re looking for. Yes that extra line a previous post is talking about - it’s a promotion they are running - if you actually read all the fine print it’s not that you’re paying for it - it’s part of the bill then goes away after so many months.

Ashley makes it a point to make this VERY clear to you. She remembers you and knows you when you walk in. The two other sales associates we have worked with have been nothing but nice as well.

Please if you’re considering a change- give this store and management a new chance. They’re trying to make a difference and deserve it.

My husband and I now have the 13 pro/max and couldn’t be happier. We have service everywhere including in Aldi and shoprite!!! (Dead zones for Verizon) and our calls never drop.

Booker was fantastic he stayed after hours to help me with a very serious problem and we ended buying a phone and he spent a great deal of time with us to recover our photos and contacts and I would definitely recommend coming to see Booker

Not too shabby location, ironic its next to sprint considering the merge might happen but the manager there Rob is a cool dude. Really nice and always tries to give you the best option based on scenario. Deff one of my favorites besides the tmobile in Woodbury NJ!

Great a crazy good deal on my phone. Even got a tablet and chromebook on tmobile.

Can't express in words how booker went over and beyond to help me out. When i needed him the most he was there. He understood what i needed and took care of me. If you need anything go in and ask for Booker.
