Four Winds Restaurant

Was referred by Eric, a car salesman at T&T Coast Buick-GMC. The food is incredible and you get your money's worth. Took my nephew Ian for lunch and the very next day took my Dad and my Sister's family for her birthday 🎂. The PRIME RIB dinner is huge and almost everyone in the place was ordering it. Everyone said it is tender and flavorful. Will try it next time. For lunch, I had the Chicken Medley which was chicken breasts sautéed in a cream sauce with asparagus, tomatoes, and mozzarella served over Pasta. I was also given a choice of soup or salad. I chose the Manhattan Clam Chowder and it was incredible. The next night for dinner I ordered the BBQ Mixed Grill. It consisted of a 1/2 rack of Southern-style baby back ribs, a BBQ Chicken Breast, and 3 BBQ Shrimp. The ribs fell off the bone and did not need to be picked up. My Dad ordered the Maryland Crab Cakes and he said they were really good. My Sister ordered the Ribs and Shrimp Combo which had the 1/2 rack of Ribs and 4 Jumbo Roasted Garlic Shrimp. My two Nephews ordered Cowboy Burgers, topped with Cheddar Cheese, Sautéed Onions, Bacon, BBQ Sauce, and a nice portion of Salted French Fries and Onion Rings. I will definitely be making this one of my dinner stops in the future.

Our first visit. Great atmosphere and our Shrimp Neapolitan with Rigatoni was excellent. I’d highly suggest this place. Moderately priced.Been back a couple of times but found the food not as excellent as the first time. But I guess as in all things you can’t expect perfection.

Hubby and I went for lunch today. Both had asparagus crab soup that was absolutely amazing. Hubby had fluke francaise and I had the English cut prime rib. Both dishes were FANTASTIC.#PROPSTOTHECHEF 🩷

Our server, Dan, was very efficient and cordial. Sizzling steak was delicious, and cooked to perfection. The combo shrimp and ribs were very tastey. Baked potato was perfect, and so fresh. I love that you have Black Cherry White Claws. I thought the small side salad at $8.50 was a bit pricey, especially since I got the sizzling steak platter.

Cannot believe it took us so long to discover this place.
Recommendation from our next door neighbor led us to celebrate my birthday at 4 Winds.
We both totally enjoyed our dinners.

Update...
Last week, Kevin (our waiter) suggested I try the 10 oz. prime rib next time we visit. So, today (10/22) ordered it.
Wow, I am so happy he told me to give it a try.
It absolutely far exceeded my expectations.

The food is great! Our family frequents this restaurant a dozen or so times a year. The ribs, burgers, prime ribs are all excellent. The big surprise to me is how good the pot roast is. Tender enough to cut with a fork. My only minor criticism is that the service is a bit slow, even at non-peak times. But, it's not that bad to drop the 5 to a 4. Just a place where a bit more staff training would be time well spent. The initial wait for drink order & bread can be 5-10 minutes, so i feel that can be cut in half. Otherwise, always an excellent dinner.

We have been here 4 or 5 times in the past few months and we couldn't love it more. Always choose to sit in bar area. Cozy and love the fireplace. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. Food is delicious and good servings. Would recommend Four Winds to anyone.

Blown away by the beautiful ambiance greeting us in the bar and dining areas. The bar area, where we opted to sit, was charming. Even though it was busy, the low ceilings kept conversations at a quieter volume. I thoroughly enjoyed my night with my husband on our “adult” night date. Oh! The food! Forgot about that for a minute. Lol incredible. Casino trio, French onion soup, ribs and Cajun prime rib off the charts! Thank you to the cute, older man from Jos A Bank for pointing us in this restaurant’s direction! We’ll be back as soon as we can! Four Winds is always a solid choice for a good experience year round. All staff r courteous, experienced, speedy, & kind. The food is delicious! Fresh seafood & great atmosphere. Not the best pic but the cowboy burger was delightful & it was accompanied with amazing waffle sweet potatoe fries. Will return again & again!

Decided to sit at the bar which usually isn’t my preference but it was very very comfortable and the bartender Karen couldn’t of been any nicer. It was our first visit to the restaurant and we went there because of the prime rib. Didn’t order an appetizer because we saw how big the prime rib was as it was coming out of the kitchen. First we got a delicious salad bread and butter had a cocktail at the bar, then came the prime rib I think my husband and I could’ve split it. We ordered the cowboy. Of course I had to have onion rings with it that was to die for. Well we tried to save room for dessert so we had the peanut butter pie with ice cream on the side again delicious took half of a steak home took half of the onion rings home best meal I’ve had in a long time.

Foods alright, atmosphere is great if your going to sit at the bar. Tables to close to eat comfortably.

Very comfortable and very nicely decorated. Fair parking. Great friendly staff..need ressies. Mostly seafood menu BUT prime ribs are fantastic and I had fried scallops and other party had pot roast and he claimed was great and home made.potatoes (mashed) comes w soup or salad. Nice beer and wine list. Will come again on fairly priced.

Eight diners all prepared perfectly compliments to the kitchen for a great dinner! Service was extremely pleasant and done quickly with a smile the entire evening. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I had the chicken Sorrentino and it was delicious! The service was personable and fast. Randy was playing the keyboard and sounded great as usual. He even mixed in some classic Christmas tunes. It was a really nice evening.

Best burger I've had at Jersey shore! Peppercorn Burger with mozzarella cheese, bacon and fried onion. It was so so delicious. We had the scallops wrapped in bacon with hollandaise sauce.- also delicious and huge! Highly recommend.

A middle-class restaurant with high-end food. Never a disappointment. One of the few great places left in our area that a corporation hasn't bought and ruined.
My wife and I always go here to treat ourselves to a well cooked meal that can't be matched at home. It's a bit pricey but worth every penny.
The portions are so plentiful that we always end up getting take-out containers.
This place is clean. The staff and customers are friendly with plenty of parking.
We'll be back in a few weeks to treat our great friends who have never been here to an awesome meal.

Juliet served our very large group of about 20 this afternoon! Her service was attentive, prompt, and with a smile. Thanks for making our afternoon extra special!
