They have beautiful tile and although it can be difficult to get in touch with the manager at times, it is worth doing business with them. They do have a store manager that answers their phone and can assist with ordering product. They have a unique inventory of tile that can not be matched by other "cookie cutter" tile shops. I was very pleased with the product I purchased and the expected delivery time.
