I had a really good experience here. I had a few shirts embroidered for business and they looked really great. It was around $15 per shirt and since I had more than 1 shirt done, they waived the setup fee. I sent them a vector artwork file so they didn’t seem to have any issues making the file ready for embroidering.

I left it for a day or so and when I returned it was ready for pickup. I recommend them.

I would highly recommend using them. Very busy and very professional. I did read other reviews, they are not able to drop everything to make a few shirts for me at my time.

If your realistic with your expectations, then I would highly suggest using them.

I had a last minute order to fulfill for Christmas stockings for 4 families and a variety of 20 t-shirts. Horrible service!!! I ordered 5 shirts and was told he would finish in a week, but after so many delays and different kind of excuses, he told me the order was ready to be picked up only after 3 WEEKS LATER!! But when I got there, he was still making the shirt and I had to wait another 30 minutes!! He is not responsive, so I had stop by to his shop couple of times but he was never there. He asked for full payment upfront then did not care about fulfilling the order on time. He should be glad that he is still getting orders in this midst of pandemic, what a shame. I will never order from him ever again, shirt and embroidery quality was poor too. I definitely would give negative star if I could!

I went to the kiosk on Thursday to get four shirts printed with what the man behind the counter tells me is a simple design. However he is not capable of working the machine and I’d have to wait till the next day to get them. I was on a deadline and told him multiple times that I needed the shirts done by noon, if they were unable to do that then I’d print it somewhere else. He tells me no problem. The next day I arrive and my shirts are not done. I waited another 45 minutes to see if he could print them and they didn’t even begin the attempt. I asked for a refund and they told they wouldn’t give me all my money back. They charged me a $20 design fee. I was extremely upset and the workers started screaming at me. We made a deal. They agreed to have it done. If you couldn’t make the deadline, like I said the day before then you should have told me and I’ll go somewhere else. It was that simple. Don’t agree to do something by a certain time and get mad at me for expecting it to be true. It’s my fault for believing in them and it will be yours if you choose to get your shirts done here. Zero Stars. Never Again.

I came here with my sports jerseys excited to put my name on it. After standing & waiting 10 mins with no line, I was finally assisted. I asked for pricing of the printing and was immediately told no. I asked the man with glasses for the reasoning and he fully examined my sports jerseys. He said my jerseys were all dirty and couldn’t print on it. I just picked up my jerseys at the dry cleaners before coming here & still had my receipt. I showed him my receipt & was told NO in a harsher tone and I felt disrespected as if he thought I was lying. I just took a 30 min drive, why would I lie? NEED A HEADACHE & WANT YOUR TIME WASTED? COME HERE.

I am so saddened by the lack of humanity/care/ respect the owners of this business have shown over the course of a global pandemic. Late February/ early March I dropped off a Christmas stocking that was a gift for my husband to be embroidered with his name. Clearly we all know COVId hit/schools shut down and ultimately the mall closed. When the mall opened we went to look for the kiosk to retrieve the stocking and it was not open. Finally we were able to return to the open kiosk only to be met with disrespect and disregard. The employees AND management have been extremely disrespectful in dealing with the fact that they have no idea what they have done with my belonging/ unable to locate the stocking. They blamed us for “negative energy” and told us that 6 months in storage is “too long”...we literally could not get the item due to a pandemic/they did not make us aware of this policy when I dropped the stocking off/and have my phone number to make me aware or this/ a flipping pandemic happens!!! As said before and we are ALL aware, a pandemic happened!
Also, they have my phone number to let me know they were going to rid of my item. Unbelievably disheartened by the lack of humanity and care that was displayed by the people who own this kiosk during a time where we should be coming together.

I dropped off a couple of hats and a couple of sweatshirts to be embroidered at the end of the summer. It is now nearly Christmas, and I can’t get in touch with anybody that works there. I stop there in the afternoons and early evenings and no one is ever there. I have asked the guys who have a cell phone accessory stand right next to him if they’ve seen him and I always get the same response, “haven’t seen anybody there”. Even worse is the fact that it seems that the cell phone number they were using is disconnected. I can’t get through by calling and I’m not receiving any responses to my texts. This is been going on for months. This is the worst business I’ve ever dealt with and recommend everyone to stay away!

DO NOT GO HERE! I was making a shirt for a friend who needed it in two days. They assured me it would be done in two days max. I paid the 40$. They told me they closed at 7pm and I did not hear back on the day it was supposed to be finished. My wife went to the store twice on the day it was supposed to be finished and they yelled at her and said it would be ready in half hour and that they would text me. They said the mall closes at 7pm but they don’t close. Well it turns out they just left. I called and texted and no answer. Now I have no shirt for my event. DO NOTTTT GO HERE. Very unprofessional. Never again!!!!!!! HE guy who claim to be the owner messed up all 4 of pieces. He put my business name all together with no space in between, now it read like a big word, and claim it look like one word when I wrote it. Noooooo!!!! It clearly reads as to words, and we discussed in person it was 2 words. He refused to give discounts after Messing up my clothes. Very unprofessional. Also the name looks to big compared to the business name ...just awful experience
