This is the best auto body shop I have ever attended in my life Haha. I was pretty upset when I damaged my car by crashing over the curb in a parking lot but Gary gave me a decent price and offered me some cookies and water. He is the kindest and nicest person ever! They do a great job as well. Please go to this place and you will be very happy about your experience.

My car was rear ended recently and based on recommendation from a friend, I chose this place to get my car fixed. The Shop Owner Mr. Gary is very friendly and supportive. He patiently explained the whole claim process, coordinated with the insurance, car dealer and rental company and got my car fixed to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend this place for any of your Auto Body Needs.

I brought my vehicle in for an estimate and while it was there Gary found that the shield on the bottom of the car had fallen and needed to be adjusted. He stayed beyond his work day to make the repair and didn't even charge me a cent. When I got home I received an email with a fair quote which I plan on using. The customer service is remarkable!

AMAZING customer service, extremely happy ! Would highly recommend! My car need a new bumper, and side door ! They had my car for about 2 weeks and I was very nervous about color not matching, Especially since I had a pin strip, It came out better than expected and I couldn’t be happier with the results ! This Irishman is writing a review months after experience. The shop was immaculate and the customer service experience was classy. Audi A7 on premise looked like showroom vehicle but apparently it has had more body work than any other vehicle at Ideal. Ideal integrity worked for me but I'm sure it would work for whoever if they trust good people. Thanks for good A1 ideal experience. I hit 2 deer during mating season, the bucks antlers almost took off my head after tickling my hair. Luckily all I needed was a new driver's side rear door and a few other Ideal fixings. The bucks gf died by my watchful eyes after my front end nailed her little heart. The cop thought I was crazy until he saw evidence and went searching for a crazy Buck.

My family has been a customer for many years. Now that I have teenage drivers I find myself here more frequently than I care to be. That said, I'm glad Ideal is here as the work is always high quality and very fair. I really appreciated the efforts to get the latest teenager fender bender fixed. The car looks great!

I can't say enough good things about Gary and Ideal Auto Body. I stupidly hit the side of my car against a construction barrel on Friday morning, completely destroying my passenger side mirror. I called around and was so lucky to find Gary. He said I didn't even need to bring it in for an estimate, he would just order the part and put it in. He was able to get a used mirror assembly and he installed it today during my lunch hour. It cost so much less that I would have thought and Gary was a pleasure to deal with. Hopefully I won't have need of a body shop again any time soon but if I do I will absolutely return to Ideal Auto Body if I do.

Great auto body shop. They'll work with you and use parts from junk yards, etc... to keep the cost down, if desired. They turned around one of my cars in half a day for $320, fixing the front hood, passenger side headlamp (replaced) and fender to make it road worthy after a one car accident. I told them it didn't need to be perfect (this is an old car used by my kids) and they worked with me. They gave me an estimate of $350 and ended up charging me $320 when the parts cost less than estimated. These folks are competent, ethical and fast. I can ask for nothing else. They are my auto body shop going forward.

What a great experience here, from having to deal with auto body damage to having it handled expertly, professionally, and through people who understood the insurance process and made it simple for me. Made a big difference in how quickly I got back on the road!

Gary was great! I complete ruined my right side mirror and the next day he found a part that was used (more affordable). Sal installed it in less than 30 minutes! Great work.

Had the best experience thanks to Gary!!! He kept me updated throughout the whole process of my car getting fixed! I would definitely go back because of him!

I was going here for years - top service with Willy and then his son Gary. Unfortunately the shop has been closed since the storm Ida. The sign on the door says closed due to flooding. I doubt if they will ever open there again as they are right next to the Raritan river ...
