We had an older roof that started leaking during big rain storms. Rivera roofing gave us a great estimate to completely replace the roof on our house and two car detached garage. They replaced all the rotted wood sections and finished the entire job in one day. Would recommend.

First class Steve and his crew were punctual and professional. The workmanship was flawless and the clean up amazing no trace they were at the church other than our new roof. Steve uses premium products and a seasoned work force for a superior out come.

He was down to earth, thoroughly explained my options, and gave us a fair price. When we decide to go with Rivera Remodeling Steve and his team were able to start the next day, the job only took them 2 days, and looks great.

Steve did a wonderful job on our new roof. We had multiple quotes from other contractors who were overpriced, one even wanted to charge $150 per each sheet of plywood! Steve gave us an honest and competitive quote. Our very large roof was completed in two days and the clean up was very thorough. We are incredibly satisfied with our new roof and can now sleep soundly knowing the work is backed by guarantees.

Steve’s crew did wonderful job in putting new roof in one day. The whole process was smooth, and work was done very efficiently in budget. I had quote from Steve way back in mid-2023, but he still honored that pricing in March 2024. I was very impressed with Steve’s professionalism and honesty. It seems to me that all the seven crew members were extremely experienced in roofing work. They started early 7 in the morning and finished everything by 2 pm including cleaning yard and all. Steve himself came back next day after the dumpster was picked up to clean up the driveway where dumpster was placed. Also, Riveria roofing is listed as approved contractor in GAF website and do covered all GAF warranties.

We just purchased a new home and knew it needed a new roof. Very overwhelming to say the least. Thanks to multiple friends who recommended Steve at Rivera Remodeling, we were quickly put at ease. Finding a trustworthy, keep your word, professional contractor isn’t easy these days. Steve was amazing from beginning to end. He was responsive and had a proposal to us in the same da, thanks to he amazing drone technology. He came out, met with us and there was no question, he was a true professional. He began work in a few short days. We had a new roof installed and brand new 6 inch gutters. It looks amazing! His men were respectful, clean, took care of the property, and worked more efficiently than I’d ever seen before. There wasn’t any garbage left behind. Same with the gutter installers. We intend to have Steve come out and help us replace two doors and eventually redo our siding. I’m so thankful to have met him and know I can get good reliable work done when we need it. Excellent from beginning to end. No corners cut and the jobsite was meticulously cleaned. Great quality craftsman and oversite and the owner himself was there at the beginning middle and end of the job to ensure everything was done right. Very timely, organized and fairly priced. Highly recommend.
