Nelson, Brandy and Paul!! This trio was a godsend! Walked into the dealership with a car in mind and Nelson made moves to make it happen. We walked in later into the day and it was unlikely to walk out with the car on the same day due to the credit union being closed but Nelson pulled through and got us the approval we needed at a better price than I had initially thought of. An incredibly helpful and welcoming team and an amazing salesperson! If you need anything ask for Nelson!!

I purchased a certified pre-owned 2021 E 350 10 days ago. I found the car to be in excellent condition as it was described to me by the sales person, Albert Salib.
He was very helpful, knowledgeable. and factual. I felt at ease making my own decision without any pressure. Overall it was an enjoyable purchasing experience. I only wished if the dealership streamlined its paper and financing processing to be less time consuming, in the meantime, have an adequate time to read all documents before signing.

I walked in 1 hour before close to Mercedes in Massapequa on a Monday night with hopes of seeing a CPO I saw online earlier that day. As if it was right when they opened, I was met by the entire team with such genuine enthusiasm and eagerness to help out. This is especially true of Noah Roth who took the time to listen to everything I was looking for in a car, review various options, thoroughly explain the features of different models, and make sure I was shopping well within my budget. After a lengthy discussion with Noah, he showed me and let me test drive my now new SUV. I didn't expect to find a car that checked every box, but my expectations were far succeeded largely due to Noah's patience, knowledge, and guidance. I set up an appointment for the following the day and secured my purchase. I can't thank Noah and the rest of the Mercedes team at Massapequa enough for their assistance throughout the process.

One of the first things I must mention is how confusing it is to enter from Sunrise Highway. There are lots of different model cars here, including Mercedes Benz models. If entering after dusk during the fall and winter seasons when night comes earlier, it will be challenging to differentiate parking from the roadway. However, day visits are different. Inside, it is well-lit with complimentary water, coffee, and tea while waiting for service. Mercedes are the only make and model service here. I think, overall, the service was pleasant. I would recommend this place for your Mercedes Benz needs

I've been to 5 other Mercedes dealerships in New York, and Massapequa location was the most professional, efficient, and understanding of them all. This was my fourth time getting into another lease, and the process had always been stressful. However, thanks to Albert and Marc Kimmel my experience this time was the exact opposite. Its been over 2 weeks, and they continue to follow up with me to make sure everything is well. They dont work for themselves, they work for their clients. Thank you again Albert and Marc! It really comes down to the sales person and NOAH COHEN is exactly what you should be looking for. Intelligent, honest and dependable. I could tell you NOAH COHEN was friendly and attentive, which is true, but that is salesmanship. Id much rather the salesperson have the knowledge and the integrity to close the deal. Erick Batista & Edvin Bilali provided me with excellent service from the beginning to the end. Erick did not push me into buying anything, but he knew exactly what I wanted to buy. The entire transaction took place by phone, text messaging, and emails. Erick showed me the vehicle that I wanted by video. He took his time to show me the features, engine, the entire vehicle. He made it possible to have the SUV delivered to me. Edvin knew my budget, and he made sure that he got me a great rate to meet my budget. Fredd Abban delivered the vehicle to us and it took him 3 hours to do so. When he arrived, he came out of the vehicle and made sure it was spotless. So, he began to clean it right there and then, even though it was already detailed. They made the buying process seamless. Please go and see Erick and MB of Massapequa, you will not regret it.

Working with the staff of Mercedes of Massapequa was an amazing experience from the start. I worked with Joe Bonavise on the new EQE SUV and the whole process was as seamless and enjoyable as you could ask for. He answered all my questions, worked through all the numbers and details of the lease and was available each time I had a follow up question. Eric who helped me with the delivery of the EQE was also awesome. He was so happy and personable and gave me his number and told me to text him any questions that came up. The day I walked into the dealership for the first time not only was I warmly greeted by the reception staff and offered water, but they actually rescued a kitten on a test drive (this part is not made up, I know it sounds crazy). They were even trying to figure out who was going to keep the kitten. So just to give you an idea of the staff there- they really go the extra mile for their customers (and even kittens). I legitimately hope friends or family are looking for a Mercedes soon so that I will have the opportunity to work with them again. I would 10/10 recommend them.

Super happy with the team at Massapequa dealership. Their inventory is great!!! I called whole of NJ and didn’t find the GLC in black and beige we wanted but to my surprise, Massapequa had 3 readily available! Vish was super quick to send me the options over email while we were still on call. This was Tuesday and Thursday we brought home the car. So umm that says it all. They are pretty quick to respond and would ensure you have a car you like as soon as possible.
