the place is still new so its still a lil confusingyou have to turn in to canning road drive straight to the gate call so they let you in after the gate the first left is shipping area where they have shipping office but if you delivering keep straight the receiving area is on the other side of the building the receiving entrance is near the door 208 nice people overall in and out really quick ................................................................................................................................................................................................................................

Just delivered at this facility. Fast unloading. My delivery was tomorrow @11am, but they unloaded me tonight @8:45pm. Took them about an hour to unload a full truck load double stacked. They have a second shift that comes in @8pm-5am, and first shift 5am-3pm. They have overnight parking. Very pleased.

First off don't follow GPS it takes you opposite direction. I arrived Sunday night cause some reviews say overnight parking. Arrived to closed gates. Called the number and spoke to someone in receiving who said yes I could come in and park. So go to the gate on the left side and ring the bell. Once inside he told me to check in door 166. They unloaded me Sunday night pretty quick and once unloaded I parked on the other side of the doors and went to bed. Awesome place!!!!

Good place for delivery appt at 0700 check in at 0550 had door right away it took 1hr 30min to get empty.

New facility, pretty big. Make sure to come from South Road 416, from North 416 truck sign no turn left to the facility but if you happen to come from there just turn left ignore it if you pass turn to facility will have to drive about 5 miles 416 South to make U Turn. Overnight parking allowed, bathroom open all night. By appointment only, appointment # starts with 23.... My appointment was messed up by broker and without new one they wouldn't accept load. Manager still worked out situation and once in dock empty in 20 min, otherwise with no appointment be ready to drop trailer for 48 hours.

Everyone is nice around here.
They had unloaded within an hour.

Great place, easy access,awesome people, fast service and big parking lot ! Made it pleasant and easy for me to arrive early, then they helped me with Unloading early and I was in my way. Tnx a million !!!!!…..

Great place. Best way to get to building is take exit 28 for the TA, go straight through light, pass the TA follow until road dead ends. Turn right go to first light to entrance. No guard on duty so just follow drive up and around to back. Check in about half way down, you’ll see a car parking lot on left and a ramp, check in there. They have overnight parking also.

If you come down from the north on 416 trucks cannot turn left into the facility. Continue under I-84 and immediately turn left onto NEELYTOWN. Take NEELYTOWN to the TA and turn around at the TA.

You can park over night plenty parking.
They open 5 am if they are not busy they will accept earlier than your appointment time.

Appt was Tuesday at 7am. I arrived Sunday night and decided to check in when receiving opened at 5am . Checked in and was given a door early Monday. Quick unloading
