Today I was at a gathering for the end of life services for my aunt and uncle. My cousin bought a tray and a half each of meatballs and baked ziti. In addition to that there were also two, I’m assuming the size was 3 foot heroes. One Italian One American. I just want to say that those meatballs were literally the best meatballs I have ever had anywhere. They were top-of-the-line.
The heroes were full of meat and cheese. I was not able to get any of the baked ziti, but as I could tell it also looked top-of-the-line.

So I went here yesterday with the intent d just to get a regular slice and my wife ended up getting the some zeppely's and I saw a gentleman leaving with a crazy looking specialty slice that I've ever seen before.
So me being nosy. I asked her guy making a pizza asked him what kind of pizza is that he told me one was. I think I believe a Big Mac pizza and the next one was like a chicken finger with french fries.
And in any case the pizza was beyond good man. It was so so good. He didn't have any slices so he made me a personal one so I had to have half and half split it with one big mac and split the other side with the thing with the chicken fingers and the french fries and the spicy sauce. Man,
It was so good. I used to come here when I used to live in Middletown. Haven't been in a while but they're always consistent man. The food is really really good. The people are really really good and place is just really really good.
He told me he has another slice, some taco slice and some other slice he was talking about. I plan on going there just to taste those but definitely make it your business to check this place out. It's kind of like Brooklyn Pizza.
I say it's the closest thing to Brooklyn Pizza up here. Everything else is maybe like three good spots. I mean upstate and I'm going to say within the Goshen Middletown Chester area. This is one of them. You have one in Middletown, one in Chester and one in Warwick. I don't even think we have one in Chester to be honest, I think it's one in Warwick. There's none in Chester and the next spot is actually in Poughkeepsie

Our family was looking last minute for a place to have a family dinner to celebrate our daughter’s ninth birthday after our original reservation fell through at another place. Pelligrinos is our favorite pizza spot so I called them. It was 5:30PM on a Friday night and I asked if they could accommodate our party of nine at 7:00. They were happy to prepare a table for us! I was shocked. They brought us the most incredible plate antipasto and placed it in front of our daughter and said happy birthday! Then we have the most delicious apps, pizza and an incredible pasta special for dinner. We couldn’t have been happier! They then brought complimentary fried dough for dessert for the table!

What an incredible experience! We were so grateful that they not only came to our rescue at that late hour, but they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great night. If you want a five star experience with both food and service, go to Pelligrinos!

The very best thin crust pizza as well as amazing Italian combo sandwiches.

Today was my first time there. Over the top amazing. I had the Penne alla Vodka pizza, and a chicken bacon ranch OMFG the Penne alla Vodka slice was to die for. I am sorry that I have not been to this place sooner keep up the good work guys very very clean and you could see right into the kitchen love it love it love it I can't wait to come back I will be ordering on Saturday. Thank you to my friend Tony from the laundromat for telling me about this place. My dad and I combined had four slices and two drinks the bill was under $16 wowza love it love it love it.

Got the spicy Philly from here for lunch one day and was not disappointed the bread was fresh the bacon was cooked to perfection and the steak was tender and juicy will definitely be back

If you try the chkn bacon ranch pizza you will not be disappointed, since I first tried it I have not had a reg. Slice. I now order a personal pie for me but it is big enough to share I guess 3lsewhere it would be a small pizza it is awesome please try the chicken bacon ranch

I ran in very close to closing time. My husband decided to reno my kitchen! I was greeting politely. Asked what I needed. I had a great conversation with the ‘manager’.. (that’s what his shirt said, lol). Pizza was hreat!

Old school delicious food. Love this place. The lovely lady behind the counter reminds me of my Aunt Sadie, who could cook like nobody's business.

Just had an absolutely wonderful dinner with my wife at this excellent family owned and operated restaurant. Rino is a most generous host, and his warm greetings to customers make everyone feel at home. We had the caprese salad and a large sausage, mushroom and pepper pizza, and everything was outstanding! The salad was fresh and plentiful, and the pizza toppings were perfectly cooked and seasoned...just superb! This is a wonderful place for a family style home cooked meal, with a warm family and staff to make everyone feel welcomed.... A treasure to have in Middletown!

I went in to get a pizza I ordered for pick up on 2/24/23 I was greeted by the cashier and the owner!! Very pleasant and after paying for the pizza, I mentioned about the Philly Cheesesteaks. (being from South Philly).. the owner offered to make a Philly Cheese for me.. that jawn was so good! Not everyone can make a Philly Cheesesteak but, this one hit the spot! S/O to the amazing staff and the owner. Very friendly and welcoming! You don’t see that in most establishments nowadays. Thank you so much and will be paying it forward for someone very soon!

I just ordered this grandma pie (04-30- 2022)for dinner, me and my husband are very happy . This is our very first time trying a grandma pie and the flavors that Pellegrino & Son's use for this pie is simply chef's kiss. We will definitely be ordering from this restaurant more often. The delivery guy was also very nice . The best in middletown and our pizza was just warm but that was not an issue because it tastes amazing. The picture that I posted about the look of the pizza has nothing to do with the quality of the taste of the pizza I posted the picture because I was excited about trying this particular pizza for the first time 😊😊 Pellegrino & Son's is a definite must try you won't be disappointed!!!
