Great breakfast and the staff are all very nice and you have the space to relax and eat. The wife loved the fall decorations glad we stopped here instead of cracker barrel

Nine years ago my wife and I discovered a little bit of small town America that embodies " all " of what endears us to Bardstown Kentucky in a quaint wonderful restaurant run by Pat . As an added bonus you also may have the good fortune to be served by one of the twins, her adult twin daughters who work there. If Bardstown could be distilled into a lunch dining experience this would be it. Its like going back into time when America was filled with friendly wonderful little places like this all across the land. Their burgers are also delicious and filling. They are one of the cleanest tasting hamburgers on the planet. Whenever I long to see, feel and experience good food with a generous helping of hospitality dating back to our American roots I eat here with my wife. Somehow it resets me and makes the world seem more normal. Much like the old sitcom years ago, this is a place like Cheers, where everybody knows your name and they're always glad you came.

Even with every table full walking in we had our food, ordered and ate within 23 minutes! Honestly outstanding service and all the food I had tasted home cooked and perfect. From out of town but definitely will make this a stop the next time I'm roadtriping through the area!

Get the onion rings and grilled cheese cheeseburger!
Recommended by a friend, this place rocks! Their grilled cheese cheeseburger was the bomb but I also loved their onion rings just as much! Sweet tea was superb and atmosphere was good also. Staff were super nice and helpful. If you're interested in soaps and lotions the store next door Making Good Scents has an incredible selection of locally made soaps, lotions, and candles to check out too.

The food here was excellent and the service was just as good. It was a great little place to have breakfast.

It was amazing. High quality food, comfortable ambience and friendly staff. We came here after a nerve racking doctor's appointment. The minute I came in, I felt relaxed, safe and tummy satisfied. Can't wait to come back.

Great little place with delicious food and friendly staff. We went for Sunday Breakfast ordered the eggs in a basket Wife got the special omelette. Coffee was tasty!

I stopped here for breakfast while in town for a wedding. We needed special accommodations for one in our party that, based off of google, said they could. When we arrived they said they no longer do that and google was in need of an update, but Paris was so sweet and went to talk to the manager to see what they could do. We were able to figure something out and we had some of the best breakfast we’ve ever had! I had the stuffed French toast and my boyfriend had the biscuits and gravy and there was no food left on our table that morning! So good! If we’re ever in Bardstown again we will definitely be stopping by again!

The food was really good. The service was fantastic. It was just acreally nice place to stop for lunch.

I enjoyed the food but the staff was unwarming. I ate there twice and the first day was relaxed and just slightly lazy but the owner Pat was not there. The second day Pat was there. The staff was on spot but unfriendly. Needs to be in between!

Walked in. Treated well. Friendly small town dinner. Food was hot, fast and good. Some of the best biscuits I've had.

This place is a must. We both got the western omelet, plus the banana nut French toast. That thing is dangerous, I could eat those until I fell in the floor.

What a wonderful gem. If you're in Bardstown and have time...wait...just make time to go here! It is the most down home place to get a home cooked meal this side of your grandma's house! The food is INCREDIBLE, and the staff is family. Hint: DO NOT SKIP OUT ON THE PIE!!!!! Trust me...this is a place you'll want to keep coming to. Heck, I'm thinking about driving three hours to get here, just to take a few pies home for Christmas!

Family friendly, family owned! What a quaint little, everyone knows your name, kinda place. The servers were friendly, the atmosphere was like hanging out in someone's kitchen... very relaxed, friendly, cozy and the food was really good too. We'll definitely be back!

We ate there twice. We had their daily specials. The roast beef plate was awesome. Waitress very friendly. Oh yes thumbs up to the homemade pies (chocolate).

Home cooked meal. They're only open for breakfast and lunch. Locals popular place. Had the fried bologna sandwich and a fried chicken sandwich.. Both with tater tots.

What an amazing place to grab breakfast! The staff was awesome and the food was great! If you are a coffee snob, you will be very delighted! The coffee was fresh every cup!

Met with an old friend here for breakfast on a Monday morning. Service was prompt, food was great, and the staff and other patrons were very friendly. Highly recommend!
