After countless trips to multiple stores, countless hours trying tons of dresses on, what felt like a forever experience finally ended on a positive note at Omnibus!!! my daughter found so many options and ultimately found her perfect prom dress with the help of an angel by the name of Nicole. The staff here are beyond welcoming and helpful and truly have patience of saints!!! Nicole was so sweet and as soon as I informed her of the styles of dresses my daughter was interested in and the colors she started pulling beautiful options that ultimately my daughter was torn between two dresses, compared to the past several stores she visited where she couldn’t even find a dress close to what she envisioned. Nicole even took the time to listen to me baffle instead of brushing this crazy mom off. Thank you so much again and congrats 3 weeks and counting until your wedding don’t be like us waiting to get things done last minute lol

Wonderful experience finding a dress for my daughter's wedding. They had many dresses in larger sizes for me to try on which made the experience so much better. Their alterations were great. My dress fit perfectly!

Everyone we interacrted with at Omnibus Fashions provided exceptional customer service. They were so friendly and courteous. I live in Brooklyn and purchased a dress for my daughter's prom and was amazed at the attention and assistance the staff provided to help her find a dress and also perform the alterations.

An amazing, very successful hour and a half spent finding a prom dress for my extremely picky daughter.

Went in for a Mother of the Bride dress this weekend. The boutique had so many options and the employees were unbelievably nice. Alex specifically was so professional, kind, knowledgable, and listened to everything my mom and I were looking for. Such a great experience and would recommend Omnibus to anyone!

I was at Omnibus on Friday, 2/19, looking for a mother of the bride dress. My daughter and I were the only customers in the store at the time of my appointment, which I loved! Brittany helped us and she was wonderful! I had a whole folder on my phone of dresses that I liked on their website, and when I showed her, Brittany just started pulling dresses! She gave input on the dresses, but in a kind, thoughtful way. I tried on about 10 dresses during my 1 hour appointment. This was my first time trying on dresses and honestly, it was not something I was looking forward to, I was kind of dreading it! But Brittany made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process! Although I did not purchase a dress at Omnibus, I would definitely recommend the store. I do recommend that you make an appointment and try not to go on the weekend, because I'm sure it gets very crowded.

I made an appointment at Omnibus in Babylon for my daughter and her best friend to buy their proms dresses. It was a fabulous experience. Each girl was assigned a consultant that helped them pick out dresses and fit them appropriately. The consultants were fantastic. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They made the girls feel comfortable and didn't pressure them at all. The selection of dresses and sizes was perfect. I will shop at Omnibus again for sure.

If you need any type of formal wear, Omnibus is the place you should go. From the moment we arrived we were greeted and treated like part of the Omnibus family. Alexa assisted my daughter in finding 2 beautiful gowns for 2 weddings. She spoke with my daughter about what she would like, what she doesn’t like, color choices and fit. Alexa pulled 4 gowns, one more beautiful that the other, all perfect. Anyone shopping with their 24 year old daughter knows it’s not a easy walk across that tightrope. My daughter was very happy with the choices and was able to choose 2 without hesitation. Alexa is truly a professional stylist. I was blessed to have Karen help me both times I choose my gowns. She made it painless and fun. It’s amazing how these women can look at you, speak with you and know exactly what to give you to try on.
Today was my daughter’s first fitting of her 2 gowns. We met Paula, the owner & Cindy the seamstress. Now I know why the employees who work their are so sweet, friendly and helpful; because that is who their boss is.
Without hesitation Cindy got right to work on the alterations. My daughter has lost weight and the alterations were many. Cindy made us feel confident that the gowns would be perfect. She explained exactly what and why things needed to be done. Originally the gowns were going to have to be let out a bit, so to go from that to what now had to be done was a bit concerning. Not for Cindy’s and Paula. My daughter is excited to come back for her next fitting appt and I can’t wait to have my gowns done.
I was also impressed at what all those alterations cost. This is not a business that impresses you with reasonably priced gowns and kills you with the price of alterations.

Karen and all the staff at Omnibus has been INCREDIBLE through my entire wedding planning process. I didn’t want typical bridesmaids dresses and Karen was able to see my vision and make it even better than I could have imagined. All of my girls are so happy with their dresses which isn’t easy with 9 bridesmaids!

Additionally, both my mom and mother in law went to Omnibus for their dresses and received the best service. They have different pieces that don’t look like the typical dated mother of the bride dresses!

I’m also in the process of postponing my wedding and having a micro-wedding in the meantime. When I mentioned this to Karen she immediately found me options for backup dresses for my bridesmaids and was able to easily work within a budget!

I am very happy that my wife settled a disagreement with this store. The owner, Paula, was very accommodating. My wife has been very self conscious of her weight in recent months and wanted to cancel an order she placed because she didn’t like the way she looked in the dress. The receipt had said no cancellations, so she became upset. Paula was so kind and understanding and refunded her for the dress. Thank you Paula.

I have been all over trying to find the perfect outfit for myself for my kids B’nai Mitzvah. I called Omnibus, was super easy to make an appointment. Had an appointment with Anna! She is amazing! I walked in we spoke, I told her I was open to anything but wanted sleeveless. She suggested a pantsuit. I was there two hours, tried on gowns, knee length dresses, pantsuits. Anna pulled stuff always helped me, was right there every time I needed something or came out of the fitting room. I did order a pantsuit. Anna is that good at what she does! She takes her time, listens to you and knows what will look best on your figure! I will definitely be back for more dresses through the years! Store is clean, tons of selection for every occasion and age!

This is the second year we have been to Omnibus for my daughter's Proms. The selection of dresses were outstanding both years and the women who work there make it their mission to fit the body type of every customer that walks through the door. The fittings went perfect and any concerns were addressed quickly and fixed immediately. They also have a large selection of accessories that we absolutely loved. I would recommend them for any occasion and a huge thank you to Paula, Karen, and the entire staff for making our experience so wonderful.

Omnibus fashions is the place to go for formal dresses! Paula and her staff were courteous, friendly, and helpful. Because of them, my daughter found the prom dress of her dreams. We highly recommend them. This is the only place we will shop for dresses from now on.

This was our first experience shopping at Omnibus. My daughter was looking for a prom dress and we came across this place by chance. They have a huge selection of beautiful dresses and the staff couldn’t be nicer, specifically Maryann who actually picked out my daughter’s dress! She was so very helpful and knew her stuff:) We will definite be back.

Omnibus has a customer for life with the experience that we had! I live in Rochester so when I bought the dress and it was shipped here, there were a couple things that needed to be modified. Paula didn't hesitate and assisted us every step of the way, even covered the cost of tailoring. The dress is absolutley stunning and we couldn't be more pleased with the overall experience we had. I just ordered my gown for my son’s wedding! All of the staff at Omnibus were so awesome and helpful. They were truly there to satisfy me in my endeavor to find the perfect gown. I want to especially thank Paula, the owner. She was so accommodating and made the experience for me like no other.

So my prom is in 2 weeks and I just realized that the dress I had couldn't be altered to fit me. I was horrified. So my mom and I went here to hopefully find a dress and get it altered in time. When we got there, we were told that they couldn't do alterations because they were backed up on orders, but we could still get a dress. So I decided to try a few dresses on anyway because what did I have to lose? The first dress I tried on was perfect and the woman that was helping me put it on was very nice and helpful. I knew that I wanted this dress but it did need to be altered at the top and hemmed at the bottom. I had asked the associate if there was any way that they could make these minor alterations. She asked the seamstress and they were able to fit me in! I was so happy. 3 days later I got a call that it was altered and ready to pick up. I now have a dress for prom thanks to Omnibus Fashions.

Omnibus is deffiently my favorite boutique. From the second you walk in there is nothing positivity and smiles. The staff is extremely helpful and always tries their hardest to make sure you leave the store happy. I deffinetly recommend going there for any occasion. From prom and sweet 16s to a dress for graduation, they have it all! I have gotten multiple dresses from them and with every single one they have altered the dress to my liking and what would look best on me. I am beyond grateful for all they have done to help make my experience for prom amazing and make me feel good about myself.

I am a proud single dad; with that in mind, dress shopping for my daughter is never easy. I have tried the the mall stores, Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdales and more with ZERO success and horrible help from salespersons. A friend of mine recommended Omnibus Fashions in Babylon. I finally had some time to take my daughter for a Junior Prom dress. We entered the store and she was in heaven. A massive selection and the store was buzzing! We waited a bit, but it was worth every minute. The sales people were more than accommodating and basically handled it all, I mean honestly - what does a dad know anyway? They were wonderful and made me feel comfortable as a dad - they definitely took the stress out of shopping.

It's not easy being that single dad taking your teenager for a prom dress! I just wanted to take the time to sincerely thank the entire staff at Omnibus for a top notch experience. I couldn't be more appreciative and thankful. My daughter is thrilled and you are now my 'go to' for all of her dress needs. THANK YOU!

This place requires an appointment before going. I did not know this and I walked in, the workers there are so kinda and we’re able to squeeze us in. They’re so respectful and make you feel comfortable while shopping for dresses. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a beautiful prom dress, bridesmaid dress, or mother of the bride dress.
