I always look forward to my visits to Serendipity, it has a very happy atmosphere! My stylist Danielle is Amazing, she listens to what I want and really takes time to get my hair just right. She is definitely the Best I've ever had!

Sadie is phenomenal and works great with curly hair! The atmosphere is super nice, the staff is super friendly and I cannot say enough about Sadie.

Love this place atmosphere is relaxed and the last time I was there for myself Rachel got my hair just how I wanted! Just recently took my daughter to get her first haircut at 2½yrs old and Rachel did the most to make her feel comfortable and it was painless!

I have went here and never been and I was pretty scared trying a new place I mean come on it’s your hair ! Anyway I had Danielle as my stylist and she walked me thru step by step of everything she was doing it wasn’t needed but the fact she took the time to make sure I knew that said a lot I got highlights and she was a new person to me to do my hair as I was a new client to her for her to do my hair we were new to each other but she made me feel comfortable and the experience was great even when we were done I’d I was unsure or had questions she was ready and prepared to answer Them and to fix an problem if there was one which there wasn’t she was great and I’d recommend her for sure to everyone !! So my son recently had a hair appt there and then girl did a great job of helping us figure out what he needed done and what to do I left and let Her and him decide and I got back and his hair looked so great she did a wonderful job this is where we will be going from. Ow on thank you again his hair looks great!!’

Everyone in the salon was very friendly. My young daughter and I both had haircuts. We both were treated well, and I'm happy with our hair. It was a pleasant experience, and we will be going back.

I love what Jenna does with my hair! Highly recommended. Update on 7/9/22 Jenna still does great things with my long hair! When I leave the salon, it looks fabulous for a week, and then some!

I was really pleased with the haircut I got from Diane. She was friendly and cheerful and really seemed to understand what I wanted. I sat down and said "just make it look good." It really looks good and it's easy to style. I told her i had a new baby and had no time for myself and she understood that and cut my hair accordingly. I can even let it dry natural and it looks decent. I cant say I've ever had a haircut that worked that well for my hair before! If i can carve out the time for another haircut, I'll go back and ask for her again! It's not every day you give a stylist very vague clues like that as to what you want and come out this happy! Thanks Diane!!

I can't remember the stylists name who did my hair... but she did an amazing job on my cut and style! I came in on 7-12-22 for a 3:45 appt! I called around noon and was able to be seen same day! I was greeted, checked in, and seated within 5 minutes of arriving and did so 10 minutes before my appt! I showed her pics of the cut and she got it right on the nose, which RARELY happens at corporate places! Thanks so much and I'd really love to know her name so I can reschedule next time I need a cut! Pricing is much lower than most salons in the area! They also do Manis, pedis, waxing, so sorta a mini spa 😄

My wife and daughter love Diane, they have been with her at least 20 plus years. We moved and live 40 miles away and they still drive back to let her do their hair. It is always nice, friendly services and clean. Besides hair you can also get TAN on their tanning services.

Loved it. Very organized. Fun, positive environment. Extremely professional but laid-back at the same time. Refreshing to have a real Salon to go to and to actually have real hair stylists to answer your questions. Shout out to Racheal! She's not just beautiful, she's talented as well. LOL

My experience there is great. Rachel Palmer is one of my hairdressers and she does an amazing job. She really knows a lot about hair and what works great with what you do with it everyday as well as gives great advice about how to style it. The other hairdressers there are really nice and they also offer you something to drink if you are thirsty.

I was a first time client tonight. The place was nice and clean. I felt welcomed and comfortable. Jenn did an absolutely wonderful job on my cut and color!! I would recommend her to anyone and I will definitely be a repeat customer!!

Danielle Gillespie was awesome! ❤ yeah my hair was long and fried after covid I was cutting my own hair by watching you tube videos it was a hott mess thanks for fixing it up feel much better!!! And yes I posted the pic of the foil on my hair just so you could see the frizzy mess it was... lol 🤣

I went for a perm and got exactly what I wanted unlike any other place I visited, I was given exactly what I asked for. I love my hair and Kelly did it. Thank you Kelly for giving me a wonderful experience. This place is wonderful!! Everyone speaks to you and makes you feel welcome. I will be going back. I will pick this place for my Salon.

This place is so friendly and awesome! I love getting my hair cut and dyed here. The girls know what they are doing and what they do is amazing.

Had an appointment with Rachel for color and cut. She did an awesome job! Definitely will be my go to salon and stylist now! Very reasonable prices as well.

Beautiful salon, with all great stylists. Up to date products, which are a bit expensive. I love my hair. Every time I leave, I actually feel pretty.....thanks to Jen Andre.
