If you need a dress, I highly recommend you visit Village Bridal! I can't express enough the appreciation I have for Allie. She is so understanding and was accommodating to all of my needs. I ended up going to my appointment a day early without even realizing (my mistake for booking too many appointments while off from work!). All of the consults were busy with customers so I asked if I could still look around and then I could come back if there was no one to help me. Allie came to the rescue and was willing to help me even though that was not normally her role at Village Bridal. I made an appointment two other times and met with Allie each time. Based on my description of what I was looking for in a dress, she knew exactly what to look for. The experience with my family from beginning to end is something I will never forget because of Allie. Thank you so much Allie and the Village Bridal team for your assistance in helping me pick out my dream dress. I am looking forward to seeing you again when the dress comes in!

Went here today after visiting another bridal place, and so glad we did. Sabrina was so patient , knowledgeable, and an overall fun , delightful person. My daughter tried on many dresses and after narrowing down to 3 , she chose her dress. Absolutely stunning dress and prices are so much more reasonable than other places. So happy with our visit and all of the staff there. Definitely a place everyone should visit.

Village Bridal on John Street in Babylon was a delightful experience while getting my mother-of-the-groom gown. I stumbled upon the shoppe after leaving Omni Bus, which was not a good experience. All the staff was professional, kind, knowledgeable, caring and “real”!! Never were they pushy or dishonest in their opinions, which is extremely important when spending a great deal of money on a gown that will most likely be worn one time in less than a 24 hours. Their seamstress listened to exactly how I wanted the dress to be fitted. She was patient and assuring. While Allie went above all to make sure I was completely happy, comfortable and thrilled with my dress. There pricing was more that reasonable too! I had an amazing experience at Village Bridal! Upon arriving at my first appointment, Sabrina and I were completely on the same page. I explained my vision for my wedding, and she immediately said to me, "you're an Elysee bride." This was music to my ears because I loved Elysee dresses (and knew in my gut I would be choosing that designer for my wedding dress). The second dress I tried on, I knew that it was the "one." Sabrina and the Village Bridal team made that day so special for me and mom. As the year went on, they were always so welcoming when I came in for my fitting appointments. I have to been to several stores looking for a dress for my son's wedding. Allie at village bridal was so helpful and understood exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend this store for all bridal needs.

I highly recommend checking out Village Bridal and ask for Sabrina!!! She made the experience way less nerve racking and overwhelming. She is honest, not pushy AT ALL and truly listens to every word you say. if you are indecisive like me, then Sabrina is your girl. i was between 3 dresses i LOVED and could not narrow it down for the life of me, but by listening to every word i said (even ones i didn’t realize i was saying) she led me to decide and say yes to a dress and i couldn’t be more excited! All staff i encountered are down to earth, work within your means, and make you feel special!

They were so great and helpful with my dress. I bought my dress back in 2019 and had to postpone my wedding to 2021. Obviously I was very concerned if I would still fit in the dress, or even still like it being that it had been so long. They allowed me to come back as many times as I wanted to try different shape wear with it and reassured me everything would be taken care of. Francesca met with every time and was very attentive to what I wanted. She was great with explaining to the seamstress exactly what I was looking for and did all she could to make it happen. The day of my wedding I felt so beautiful and I am so happy I had my bridal experience here.

My first time at a bridal shop was not a great experience. I felt like I was literally at supermarket sweep haven been only given an hour to look, pick and try on dresses. The lady assisting me was actually counting down the minutes to my time was up. I didn't go back. My visit to Village Bridal by Omnibus I walked in expecting the same, but that was not the case at all. I can honestly say I was treated with so much love.

From the moment I walked through the doors each lady working there greeted me with a huge smile and welcomed me with open arms. I was given so much time to look over the collections they had and Julita was a god-send bringing additional dresses for me to look over and try on. She made me feel so beautiful and comfortable the entire time. Honestly everyone made me, my sister and Grandmother feel like family there, laughing and going above and beyond in service. It was truly my day of celebration with these ladies! I didn't feel pressured to make a decision and had narrowed down to 2 selections. Beside the gorgeous dresses, the atmosphere and all of the ladies, especially Julita's personable and warm character, helped solidify my decision in coming back to look at and retry the 2 dresses I had liked. I said YES to my dress and I couldn't be happier with my decision.

Thank you so much for being the loving and caring people that you are, it is really something to be proud of and celebrate. I would highly recommend any bride-to-be to make their first stop at Village Bridal by Omnibus!!!

What an amazing experience!!!! I was SO nervous wedding dress shopping. My friend recommended them to me so I took her suggestion. Julita was beyond wonderful. She made me feel so comfortable and beautiful. She put so much effort into each dress I tried on to make It look the best It could on me. She was patient, friendly & knowledgeable. We went to 1 other place after here that just did not even come close to comparing. I am so pleased with this experience and would highly recommend them & Julita !!!!

Village Bridal is AMAZING!!! Their selection was absolutely fabulous, and Lisa was THE BEST! They were so accommodating to me and my family while abiding by Covid restrictions. Lisa helped me find my beautiful wedding gown this morning by putting her creative ideas together into something I would’ve never imagined! She was absolutely phenomenal and I would highly recommend this establishment and her to anybody I know! I cannot wait to wear this dress on my wedding day!!!!!!! Thank you Lisa for making me feel like a princess on what was originally such a hard day for me, you guys are the best!!!!!! ❤❤❤

This place is immaculate. Customer service experience 11/10. Lisa was my stylist and we were blown away by her expertise and recommendations. If you book your appointment here make sure you ask for her. Her atteNtion to detail is unmatched. Everything from the variety of choices to the stage set up when you try on dresses is really professional and makes you feel like a flawless bride.

I love that this is now owned by the folks at Omnibus. The selection of dresses and accessories are unmatched, and the experienced staff are always the best at knowing what works and accommodating any wishes. I was with a friend who was being fitted for a mother of the groom dress -- she threw the staff a lot of curves and they continued to service with a genuine smile. They really made her feel very special.

I’m so happy with my experience at Village Bridal! Not only did Lisa help get me into the store for a last minute appointment but she helped me find my perfect wedding dress! The store is beautiful and my family and I had such a great time shopping there. Lisa was so sweet, helpful and made me feel so comfortable!

Had such an amazing experience at Village Bridal by Ominbus finding my perfect reception dress! After reschedule my wedding so many times due to COVID, Daniella and her staff made dress shopping the most stress-free and fun experience I've had in all of wedding planning! Outstanding! On a day my daughter has been dreaming of since childhood, Village Bridal made her dreams come true!! We were greeted with a smile when we walked in, and by the time we walked out we had cried and invited the outstanding employee who spent hours with us to my daughter’s wedding.
