Zuny, the owner, is wonderful! She’s professional, her consultation is on point, as she studies what would look best for you: colorist, cut, style and your hair comes out beautiful! She trains the hair to grow, restores hair that maybe color treated etc, she’s made such a difference in so many! Some of us come from Florida to get our hair done by her!! #truestory

I told the owner I wanted highlights to frame my face. When I arrived at the salon I showed her a picture of something I liked and asked if it was possible ? She said she’ll do around my face and a little extra and not charge me. 1. She left the toner in my hair 5 min and I asked for more time after she washed it out. The bleached streaks were a stark contrast to my brown hair. It looks like a 10 year old helped me bleach my hair. I called the salon to speak to the owner zuny as she’s the one who did my hair, she told me I was complaining too much and that her regular clients liked her. To which I responded to okay ?? I’m a first time customer and I don’t like my hair I’m trying to communicate that. She said come into the salon today. So I go. She says “I don’t know what you want me to tell you” “we started off badly” and I was like I came here to figure out a solution? She was very dismissive and did not want to take accountability for her shotty work. They are good for a trim and a good Dominican blowout. Stay away if you need color or bleach they are not skilled enough to pull off a decent balayage.
