Honest & Dependable. You never have to question their intentions. I say this having worked with Mr. Pipe in some capacity over the last 2 years on various projects as a single lady doing it solo... gas conversion recommendations, from servicing to installing central heating/cooling, bathroom additions, laundry room, wet bar, new water main, boiler chimneys, THERAPY etc! From the ladies on the other end of the call/email, to the service guys, to the owner Rob, to Gary the manager they all care for the customer first. With everything there can be hits and misses. My experience with Mr. Pipe has been that IF something is off.. they will make it right. Gary has personally checked in on not just the project itself but the customer behind it well passed the warranty.

In terms of pricing they are very fair. Not the cheapest and not the most outrageous especially for all I just mentioned. They also offer financing via Synchrony which can be LIFE saving.

Definitely a testament to old school values and business models.

Mr. Fred is awesome. He was there the entire day answering any questions I had. Paul, who actually did the piping work, is a 10 out of 10. So attentive to every detail. A master of his craft. Definitely recommend.

Over the years I have dealt with many plumbers esp as I've been over a year into remodeling my home. Rob at Mr Pipe is a great guy. My heating system was an old conversion unit that had pipes going everywhere. He came in, with a tankless unit mounted on the wall, and moved all the pipes against the ceiling and walls with Diamond Plate backing!. Looks great, and it gave me another room. Don't be fooled by others, as I had a quote from another big outfit on Merrick Rd and they were a bit less but were not going to do anything near what Mr Pipe offered. The crew that came cleaned up like crazy. He legit earned all my plumbing business, and trust going forward.

Mr. Pipe recently completed an oil to gas home heating and hot water conversion in my home. Their estimate was fair and reasonable, and they performed the work when and how they promised. Gary (the person I dealt with directly) is wonderful to work with. He came to my house both for the initial inspection of my current equipment, as well as when I had follow-up questions.

Whenever performing a large project such as this, things rarely go exactly as planned. Responsiveness in customer service is very important to me, and Gary delivered. He ensured everything was right before the job was considered 100% done.

I whole-heartly recommend them to anyone needing a heating contractor.

The plumbers who came to my house were very clean and respectful of my home. They covered everything and cleaned up very well. This was a very large job, and it was completed in 1 long day. The plumbers were not leaving until the job was done! They barley took a break! The completed job looks exactly as Gary promised! Gary was a gentleman and delivered on everything he promised. This company will certainly be my contractor of choice as well as who I will recommend for all things HVAC.

Had a lot of work done by Mr Pipe in a newly renovated home well over a year ago. All new plumbing in 2 bathrooms , oil to gas conversion (tankless system), new waste lines, kitchen and bathroom fixture installs, whole house dehumidifier, also brand new HVAC. Gary, Bryan, Mike , Rob the owner, and the rest of the team at Mr Pipe were all dependable and did great work. I’ve had standard malfunction issues with the hvac, and they came and fixed everything under warranty as prescribed in contract, no questions asked. They’ve always come through for service and any minor issues or concerns I had during the construction phase was rectified asap. Happy I chose them and I still use them for plumbing needs. I will add they are a big company and just need to have a little patience when requesting service as they seem to be very busy, but they always come through. Thank you to the team at Mr Pipe.

I had issues with my tankless water heater and plumbing leaks repaired by Mr. Pipe. Gary (the service manager) has come thru to do professional quality work on separate occasions and continues to go above and beyond to always give me and my family peace of mind. I highly recommend them for their professional work performed on all plumbing services they provide.

Working with Mr. Pipe has made our first time home owners experience a little less stressful. In less then of being in our home we had a water main break, our ac unit needed to be replaced, & we had issues with our main bathroom.. Gary and his team as been there to help fix it all. They came through twice for me the first time was a last minute emergency, and i was expecting to be gouged on the price but they came in extremely fair and did a great job.

Because of that i used them again to replace my boiler and working with Rob and John made me feel like i was working with the owners of the company. They took pride in providing and exceptional experience. John and his crew waited at the property for the tenant to come home. did everything as if there were working in there own homes.

Richard B came to our house for a bad Odor in the bathroom. Richard B was extremely thorough and did not rush in trying to figure out what the issue was. He figured out what it was very quick and started working on it immediately, but before he started he put covering on the floor so nothing got damaged and cleaned up after. We are beyond happy with his service. The price was fair For the job. I highly recommend Mr. Pipe and Richard B for any plumbing issue! Mr Pipe and his crew were awesome. Came in, installed new furnace, new water heater and redid my bathroom. Extremely professional and quality work throughout.

Chris Pipes at our house today to power flush our heating system which has had a new boiler fitted, not by him I hasten to add, but was failing to work as far as bedrooms were concerned and the firm who did the work failed to return to leave an operating system. He worked diligently all day and when asked explained what he was doing and why and at the close although not working to its full potential there was some heat from the radiators and we feel sure that given time we will have a fully working heating system which was originally fitted 35 years ago.

Gary and his team showed up as they stated and completed the job completly and professionally. I would recomemnd MR. PIPE to others.

Recently had oil tank replaced in our basement by Mr. Pipe. We shopped around and Mr. Pipe's estimate was very reasonable. Well, the work performed by John and his helper was incredible. Fast, clean and professional and of course all to code. Highly recommend.
