Elevation Fitness

Elevation Fitness is a family-run facility with knowledgeable trainers, friendly staff and a wide selection of cardio equipment, circuit training and free weights. I’ve been an active member of Elevation for over 5 years working out on my own and also utilizing the expertise of the training staff for personal training sessions. Thanks to Pete and his team for maintaining a friendly and clean workout environment and making each visit a positive experience.

I have been at Elevation Fitness for over two years. I wish I had found them sooner. It’s a great gym with tons of equipment and space and has everything you could possibly need. In addition, the staff is extremely friendly and the gym itself is very clean. The owners, Peter and Christina are awesome people!

Hands down the best gym I've been a member of. Coming from someone that has been a member of many gyms across Long Island over years.. this by far is my forever home. From the owner, to staff, to atmosphere, cleanliness and equipment Elevation Fitness is a hidden gem!

I joined Elevation Fitness in July 2022 and I was going through alot of life changes. They let me know they were there for me. I felt comfortable immediately. Christina is amazing and helped me start my new journey with choices, positive direction and self love. Dave is amazing as a trainer and even better as a person. Well run and well rounded full service facility. Owned & operated by a couple passionate about helping others - Peter, personal trainer and Christina, registered dietitian/functional nutritionist. They are dedicated to servicing the health, fitness and overall wellness needs of the community. I've been in the fitness industry for over 20 years and I can say without hesitation that Peter is in the top 1% of trainers I've encountered - and I've met 1000's. He is a master level trainer. I've also been thoroughly impressed with the broad knowledge of sound nutritional protocols and programming posessed by Christina. The facility also offers chiropractic, massage therapy and accupuncture all under 1 roof. I'd recommend Elevation Fitness to anyone, especially those seeking proper guidance (the key word being PROPER).

Best gym I’ve ever been to.

This place is great. I have tried working out in several places but this gym is the best. Dave, my trainer, is amazing. He is very knowledgeable and explains in full any questions I have. He knows a lot about nutrition as well. He really listens and focuses on my individual needs. I have never felt better. The whole staff is very friendly and I feel very comfortable there. I highly recommend this gym.

I like this gym, very clean, the staff members are great, friendly and go all out to try and meet your needs, very attentive, the classes are awesome, from sculpting to kickboxing, cycle/spin classes, trainers to train you, You name it!!! Highly recommended....

I've been a member of this gym for over 11 years and I love it. Currently taking the kettlebell Challenge which has made me much stronger and I feel great!
