Thank goodness that I called Rubber Duck! They fixed my toilet that had leaked from the ring and waste pipe. This time I called them back to install a new bathroom vanity and dishwasher. They also found the source of my leak into my downstairs neighbors apartment. That was coming from the tub and drain. All is fixed now and I am so happy. Thank you to Henry, Andrew and Anthony for all your hard work. Forever grateful for your kindness and clean up ! Your the best!

Called early in day, Joe had a tech at my house in 15 minutes. Anthony was very professional and diagnosed the problem quickly and resolved issue within 90 minutes start/finish. Needed to have him back later for a different issue caused by preparation for fixing first issue. Again Anthony returned within 15 minutes and fixed second within 45 minutes. Can’t say enough about responsiveness and professional attitude. Highly recommend them…

I used Rubber Duck a few months back to install a hot water heater and was impressed then. Today they tuned up my boiler and water heater for the winter and I couldn’t be happier. They communicated well and were pleasant. I’ve had issues in the past with companies not being friendly but you won’t find that here. From the time you call to make an appointment, they are friendly. My mom Gail and I called early this morning for someone to come look at our tub and shower. They answered immediately(so polite and friendly on the phone) and within an hour Andrew came and told us exactly what was wrong. He went and got the part and came back within another hour cause we live further away and fixed it all. Now we have a running shower again thanks to you!! We are so happy and thankful and will definitely be using you guys again!!

What an amazing experience I had with everyone at Rubber Duck Plumbing! I had a an emergency boiler breakdown on a freezing day. The professionals at Rubber Duck showed up in force to replace my boiler, change all the piping, re-wire the room, and clean up what was a hazardous situation. John, Joe, Andrew, and the Rubber Duck team were at my house from 8AM until 11PM to make sure that my family had heat and hot water. They worked non-stop, and were respectful of my home, explained everything that they did, and left me with a feeling that I will not use any other company for plumbing, HVAC, or electric. I recommend Rubber Duck Plumbing very highly for any type of job that requires plumbing, HVAC, Electric, and anything related. They even came by the next morning to follow up and make sure that everything was in order when I had some more questions. I am impressed with their excellence, knowledge, and professionalism. The owners went above and beyond to support and to make sure the job got done correctly. The work was done neatly there was no mess. Everything was clean and tidy. You wouldn’t even think anything that happened. The guys went above and beyond as well at the house. I really appreciate the time they took. I would recommend Rubber Duck this with 10 stars. (I posted on my son’s account by mistake I wanted to make sure it was in mine too!) More importantly they gave me peace of mind! When they were doing the work, they found a yellow jacket nest guys took care of it called an exterminator for me. I wasn’t even at home and they went above and beyond. I feel so blessed thank you!

The crew at Rubber Duck was amazing and helped me out when I was in a pinch with our plumbing. I was freaking out when our toilets were overflowing and there was water everywhere. They came right away and were super professional, fairly priced and fixed the problem. They even has this long camera thing where they showed me exactly what was happening. I highly recommend!

I needed to get new plumbing lines ran that didn’t exist. I had them Install a 3 compartment sink, hand wash sink, and ice bin. All the drains, piping and plumbing, as well as make a hole thru the wood floor and concrete to access the basement. This company came in and gave me a quote that was much higher than others. And prior to him giving me the quote it took him a little time and he researched and gave me a complete explanation on why everything needed to be done within 24 hours. He showed up the day he said he would early in the AM around 7am with THREE TRUCKS, and didn’t leave until after 8pm. I would highly recommend this company and use them again for anything else I needed, commercial or residential. You get what you pay for. Thank you so much.

I have used rubber duck plumbing in the past and have never been disappointed. They will be my one and only plumbing company. Very honest and the price is unbeatable. Very professional.

Exceptional quality and service. I was skeptical at first because it seemed a little pricey but I did my homework and realized they were the best choice for the job. They installed all new plumbing pipes for my kitchen, very happy!!!

Knowledgeable and friendly team. Good communication. They did everything they could to get to my house on short notice which we greatly appreciated.

Update: Neil from Rubber Duck came down to clear the clogged drains as requested. Used the snake and got out all the gunk that had accumulated. Fast, clean work, drains working well. Neil was friendly and professional.
Previously in earlier years: we had Andrew from Rubber Duck come down and he replaced our old oil fired water heater with no fuss, no muss, worked clean quick and professional and friendly. This company has done excellent work for us in the past including a shower stall upgrade/replacement, thermostat upgrade/replacements, renewal/repair of old valves in our other bathroom as well as a lead bend and toilet replacement. Over the past 5 years we've called them for these various jobs which is why it was a no brainer to call them yesterday for the new hot water heater. Andrew had the old one out and the new one installed in less than 3 hrs.
From John to Joe to Andrew to now Neil, all have done excellent work (for a reasonable price) and I highly recommend them! Rubber Duck is the best!

Andrew was great! He took his time to troubleshoot the problem with our boiler, ran out to get parts, and had it fixed before end of day!

Paul was very thorough. He had to run out to Home Depot and replace a broken snake. He bought 2 for the company. He was very apologetic.
