Mama Mia's

I have never had a bad meal here - and I go often. Authentic Italian dishes - all delicious. Lots of horse racing on the TVs and a really nice bar. Service is spot on and the waitstaff is attentive, but not overly so.

I met up with a friend here for dinner last night and I have to say, I was super impressed. She had been there several times, so I took my lead from her on ordering. We decided against appetizers, as she warned me the portions were huge.
The waiter - a lovely gentleman whose name I have unfortunately forgotten - brought us delicious warm bread while I looked over the menu. There is a choice of oil for dipping or butter (the bread was good with both). Next, a tossed salad (included with the meal). I followed my friend, who recommend the balsamic dressing with blue cheese crumbles. Sooo good - highly recommend!
Now, onto dinner. I had a taste of her Chicken Francese and it was perfect; lightly battered and the sauce was delicious. Definitely what I will order next time. I tried the Chicken Sorrentino, which is Chicken and eggplant topped with cheese and prosciutto. Also excellent, great flavor. And the pasta - all homemade! I had the cavatappi with homemade red sauce. The pasta was perfect and the sauce too (not too sweet or acidic).
Finally, I had to try their tiramisu. It was good, right in the middle.
Service was excellent; drinks refilled regularly, attentive without hovering. Nice relaxed atmosphere. And great prices considering everything is more expensive these days.
I can't wait to go back!

Stopped to grab some sweet treats on the way out of town and after a less than satisfying meal at a restaurant a few doors down and were happy we did. Beautiful case full of amazing looking cakes and pastries. Ended up getting a 3 layer chocolate mousse cake for my husband and a 4 layer lemon and berry cake for me. About $9 each but worth it. And after looking at the menu I believe we would have had an amazing meal. Next time!

What a phenomenal experience! As they advertise, all the pasta is fresh made on site and DELICIOUS. I got the veal parmigiana and my boyfriend got chicken francese, which were both delicious. Very very good rustic Italian food. Nothing was overpowering and everything tasted super fresh and light.

Also, their table bread was the best we've ever had. Definitely worth a visit!

My wife and I received a recommendation for Mama Mia's (we previously didn't know about the place). Wow, what a great place. The atmosphere, decor really reflect Italy. Menu choices are plenty, the food is exceptionally prepared and incredibly good. Service is outstanding too. Also, located inside is a bakery and take out is very busy as well. Can't wait to return.

Calamari was amazing and pizza and meatball were good experience. It was mild to me but I felt homemade and healthy :) I will visit again for calamari and try the other food!

I’ve heard about how great this place is a hundred times and we finally made it here. The staff was over the top friendly, food was excellent and the atmosphere was awesome. I’ll be recommending Mama Mia’s from here on out! Yummy!!

I walked in ten minutes to close which is something I never do but I was out of town on work, worked an 18 hour day and I was starving. They still offered to make me whatever I wanted without hesitation. I wouldn’t recommend doing this on any day but given the circumstances I was so thankful. The atmosphere felt like home, it smelled like an Italian restaurant from my hometown. Thank you for your hospitality ❤

It's crowded all day every day that's a clear indicator the food is good! Service for take out needs a tweak but wait staff are phenomenal, friendly and accommodating. Great Italian food at more than reasonable prices. The baked ziti is to die for.

The staff was 100 on point the night we went and so was the food! The brick oven puts out an exceptional product so they have some of the best pizza you can get.
This place is a high point for Saratoga.

Absolutely delicious! Mama Mia’s does an awesome job with their food. The customer service is excellent and the prices are very reasonable. This restaurant is take out only at this time, and when you go in for pickup they have precautions in place for social distancing and sanitation. Happy customer here, I will order from them again. Decided to stop here for dinner while in the area. The food was wonderful. Ended up with homemade gnocchi in a pink sauce and it was some of the best pasta I've ever had. Toasted almond cake for dessert was also amazing
The place was decently crowded for a Wednesday night and the service was also really good. Definitely will need to come back here again to try some of the other offerings on the menu.

Great food, but non- homemade pasta dish came out a bit overcooked to our liking(we like al dante on our capellini). Eggplant, penne, Lasagne, meatball were great, pizza is good(we ordered to go a week later, maybe better if eaten on premise), but calamari...man the calamari.....we had to order it 2x cause its so good, even my 2.5 year old devoured it, and he is our picky eater. We will exclusively get seafood dish only next time.

I always love it here. Staff are so nice. I love the feeling of the dining room, and the food is always great. It has a very wonderful, homey Italian feel. Always a laid back, fun time.

Absolutely delighted with Mama Mia's catering for our company party! The food was incredibly fresh and delicious, leaving all 30 guests thoroughly impressed. Without a doubt, we'll be ordering from them again. A culinary experience that made our event truly special. Highly recommend!

There is no better Italian Cuisine in the area! The food is fantastic. The homemade pasta is delicious, and you will not be disappointed. My favorite dish is the Fettuccine Bolognaise. I've never had a better dish.

The waitresses and the buss people worked together perfectly to get us seated ordered fed and table cleared without an issue. Was a very good dinner, I had the calamari appetizer, and the shrimp marinara which both was excellent.

Food and service were excellent. Kara, our waitress, was informative and friendly. Had a wonderful dinner!

Wife and I stopped in Saratoga Springs for the day on our way back from Maine. Young lady at the hotel (Nicki B) suggested Mama Mia for dinner but suggested we arrive early or get a reservation. Our server Sabrina recommended getting what ever we were hungry for, as it was all amazing. My wife had the Lasagna and I had Beef Braciole. We shared our meals, and the Lasagna was some of the best I have ever had. Neither of us had Beef Braciole before, it was amazing.

Excellent home made food. Very busy because it's delicious and lots of options in house versus takeout. Worth a visit.
Salads are yummy, minestrone is best I've had.
