Lindencrest Diner

One of the best diners in the area. Food is always amazing. The staff is experienced. Always a nice greeting and even the people who dine there are friendly too. Place is clean and updated. I dine here at least once a week.

Always a great place to meet up with friends. The service and food here is awesome.

As I had mouth surgery last week, I had to be careful about picking soft food, and our waitress was very friendly and helpful. She was also very attentive.
I highly recommend the rice pudding. I have been here many times for several years, and their rice pudding is always fresh!

Best diner in Lindenhurst

The diner is clean fairly modern restaurant / diner. I was seated promptly and ordered a drink, cup of noodle soup and ordered supper. Immediately was given water and my drink. The server brought out coleslaw which tasted fresh and a half very sour pickle which was delicious. Within 15 minutes, I was given my dinner which consisted of a large turkey burger with lettuce tomato and fries. The soup was great and everything was prepared and tasted fresh. Turkey burger was moist and not over cooked. The roll tasted good too The lettuce was fine but the tomatoes were not fully ripe The diner reminded me of a small diner from yesteryear. The staff work together and seemed very friendly towards each other. Quick efficient service at a great price. Definitely worth a trip.. for breakfast lunch or dinner. A+

Always good food... You want nostalgia in Lindenhurst. The food quality hasn't changed in the 20 years I can remember going there. It's set up the same (different decor). Service is always top notch. Quiet early on weekends (big after church crowd). My favorite until you get into Nassau. Next time I get to that location I'll write a review 🤔🤔🤔

Our server was on the ball and made sure we had plenty of butter and syrup. All around good meal, with a humongous amount of food.

Food is always fresh and good. Standard diner hamburger made with quality meat, brisket when they have it as a special melts in your mouth. Never had a bad meal there in 20 years

This diner is an absolute staple on the South Shore. They NEVER disappoint! Huge menu with so many delicious tidbits to choose from and savor! Desserts like you wouldn't believe plus a very friendly staff! If you've never been, then you're missing out! Do yourself a favor and check them out. I also observed that they were compliant with the current covid regulations.

Best pancakes by far in long island. I will highly recommend this diner.in addition the breakfast specials are great. They give you enough food to be satisfied. Will go back again.

This has got to be the BEST diner on Long Island! The food was awesome! I ordered the fish special. The amount of food was too much for me and I used a doggie bag! The fish was not dry and was very tasty. The baked potato was huge! And I never tasted a spinach medley as great as theirs! I would have given 10 stars!

What a Long Island Restaurant is all about. I have been visiting this place since I was a teenager. Love going there while back on Long Island. They are my go-to place for breakfast without a doubt. Huge portions, great unlimited coffee, delivered promptly, always hot a delicious. Lunch and dinner are no different. Did I mention they make terrific burgers?
