My daughter was in need of renter's insurance for a new apartment - and we were on a deadline. I had reached out to long time provider and heard nothing back - for DAYS.

So I reached out to Chris outlining our needs for the renter's insurance and also asked for an auto quote (I know multi policy discounts are beneficial! and since she was moving to a new area, her auto would also need to be updated) I attached the pertinent info - to the email so that Chris and his team could expedite the quote process. We had a response within the hour - with a full quote for renters and auto catered to her needs - and Chris even called to review the quote with me.
To say we were blown away by service would be an understatement (but having worked with Chris many years ago, we were not surprised - this is just how he does business!) What we were REALLY blown away by is the rates Chris was able to secure for my daughter - he was able to save her $160/month - YES a MONTH on her auto policy! After seeing the incredible rate savings he was able to provide to a 25 yr old, I asked Chris to run numbers for myself as well.
This is when I was really BLOWN AWAY - Chris was able to save me over $150/month on my auto, TRIPLE my coverage, AND lower my deductible. He brought our car insurance cost back down to rates we haven't seen in 10 years with our old carrier - and ensured we had enough coverage to protect ourselves and our assets in the event we had an accident.

She is detailed, effective, quick, and a great communicator. Chris is so knowledgeable and helpful when you need it most! We tend to not investigate insurance because of the time and black hole that it seems to be. Chris takes that out of the equation. He learns your needs and makes sure you are get the coverage you need for the best rate !
