Excellent dinner - meatloaf dinner with garlic mashed potatoes & French chit pork chop with melted cheddar-jack cheese with garlic mashed potatoes and roasted asparagus and a to-die-for peanut butter pie! A nice cellection of beers on tap as well as bottle as well as a nice cellection of NY wines. Atmosphere: casual

One of the best crab cake sandwiches I've ever had, at an unbeatable price. The entire menu is incredibly priced, with plenty of options. The staff is incredibly friendly, even to a new face.

Great food & Great service. Quiet atmosphere and relaxing! We were impressed with the menu and could not decide on our dinner because there were so many delicious looking items. If I am ever in the area again I would definitely choose this restaurant!

Valentine's Day lunch date with the hubby. Beautiful atmosphere. Fantastic food. Even heard out of towners behind us raving that "whoever's in the kitchen really knows what they're doing on everything we've had" My liver was cooked to perfection. As was my husband's fish fry. We will be returning. Only downfall for me was the waitress never stuck around long enough to ask her anything. She stopped by and asked if everything was okay and my husband asked for a water but she was already walking away. I hollered out I wanted one too please and she was already past the bar. Why ask if we need anything then not stick around for an answer? (And she only had 1 other table than us) I have been a waitress for a long time and I found that a bit obnoxious. But all in all it was great and we will be back

Great food and attentive service! From starters to dessert you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend the tomato gouda soup, Cobb salad, Philly Cheese Steak and apple cobbler. Timmy and Tracy are the best!

Best steaks and prime rib in town. Friendly efficient staff. Tim the owner is very friendly and helpful. There specials on the menu are a surprise and very tasty. Lunch or dinner u can't go wrong at Timmy G's!!

Best meal I have had in forever! Had the Chicken French and my son had the Seafood Macaroni and Cheese. Both were phenomenal! Really loved it, not to be missed!

The Cobb salad is great, daily quiche specials, prime rib, local wines, great service. Something for everyone on the menu - even for the kids! They have a clean plate club and the kids get dessert included at a very reasonable price. Favorite with locals and visitors.

This was our first visit to Penn Yan. Asked a town worker where we should eat. He suggested Timmy G's. Lunch.. Salad and burger good . Homemade fries. Decided to go back for dinner. Had fried fish and chicken parmesan . Delicious! Plenty of food, good prices, friendly waitress, good service. The place was packed on a Thursday night. We would definitely go back to this comfortable local spot!

Excellent food, usually a busy staff that still makes time for your needs. Never had a bad experience - eat there twice a month!

The foods here is top notch.. We got the best prime rib over any steak House we have had in years. Love this place
