We have to thank Manny for all his help in searching for our house!!! 😊
When we signed up with Manny, we told him what we were looking for, in what area and at what price. Manny took his time to show us houses, let us know when a house could be seen, he had the patience to search and put the offers because, we made several offers. Finally, I think that after several months of searching, we finally found something and the offer was accepted.
Manny represented us with a lot of knowledge and helped us in the process. He recommended us the people of the inspection, which they also did a good job. That day he took the time and was in the whole process of the inspection. Also, if we had any questions, he was reachable at any time.
On the closing day he made the last walk in the house to check that everything was in order before closing. In truth, I cannot complain, I truly recommend Manny, believe me that he is not one of those salespeople who are going to be pushing or bothering you all the time. He has the patience and the vocation to undertake his work with great dedication and knowledge.

Cuando firmamos con Manny, le comentamos que estabamos buscando, en cual area y a que precio. Manny se tomo su tiempo en ensenarnos casas, nos dejaba saber cuando una casa se podia ver, tuvo la paciencia para buscar y para poner las ofertas; porque hicimos varias ofertas. finalmente creo que ya despues de varios meces de busqueda, finalmente encotramos algo y fue aceptada la oferta. Manny nos represento con mucho conocimiento y nos ayudo en el proceso. El nos recomendo alas personas de la inspeccion, que hicieron un buen trabajo. Ese dia el tomo el tiempo y estuvo en todo el proceso de la inspeccion. El nos mantenia al tanto de todo lo que pasaba o necesitaban en los tramites. Si tenianos alguna pregunta, el simper estaba disponible.
El dia del cierre el hizo la ultima caminada en la casa para inspecionar que todo estaba en orden antes de cerrar. En verdad que no me puedo quejar, les recomiendo a Manny creanme que no es uno de esos vendedores que los van a estar empujando y molestando a cada rato. El tiene la paciencia y la vocacion para emprender su trabajo con mucha dedicacion y conocimiento. Gracias Manny por toda su ayuda. Anthony y Lucia 😊
