SL Security Pros (Suffolk Lock & Security)

I have used them in the past and each time, including this recent one, I’ve never been disappointed. The person I called was pleasant, professional, and set up an appointment quickly.
Within a few hours, the technician called to tell me he’d be arriving in a few minutes, and was true to his word. He solved my problem quickly and to my complete satisfaction.
I will continue to use this company in the future because they have earned my trust in their expertise and customer service.

Your techncian was excellent. He stayed on the job until it was finished. (NO LUNCH) He faced a challenge and he solved the issue. (who knew there was a right hand and a left hand lock?) He did! He was not satisfied with the half fix my husband had done and took the time to troubleshoot to find the solution. My patio door lock has never worked this well and I suspect the idiot who installed it 20 years ago had no clue what they were doing. Thank you for a job well done.

THE BEST!!! Walter came within 30 minutes of our call and was SO helpful and kind in helping us get back into our house. Our situation was extremely complicated and Walter took on the challenge with confidence and kindness. This was a late night issue and I can’t express enough how grateful we are for SL Security!!!
He came after we called a different company that furthered the damage of our door/lock. Walter was able to reverse the issues the previous locksmith caused. We wish we called SLS right away.

I have used SL over the past 20 years at three homes. I just had a minor issue with the alarm and John from SL fixed it online within minutes. Great service from SL Security Pros. Next are camera’s and automation!!!

I called and spoke to Lori, ( I have not dealt with them in 10 years) she remember me the details of the original job they had done for me and was able to get me in the schedule the very next morning( I called at 430pm)
Kyle showed up who worked on the job 10 years ago, he remembered all the details and had my locking system up and running within an hour. In this world where your lucky to get someone to answer the phone. This company shines like a bright star in a black sky. That is directly related to workers like Lori and Kyle who do their job like they own the company.

Whenever you call a locksmith it means you are in trouble. (usually)When my restaurant side door wouldn't open I called for a service call which I needed Immediately as it is an EMERGENCY exit. I was pleasantly supriced when I was greeted by Lori who completely understood the urgency of the situation and expedited a service call, repait was done in 15 minutes. It's a nice suprise when you get someone helpful on the phone instead of a recording or having to text someone. Thank you Lori.

Marcin, Alex and Ryan were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They took a lot of care in making sure all the wiring for the 11 security cameras we installed at our house were well hidden and they minimized the disruption with the install. They were respectful of our home and took pride in their work. They were patient with me in terms of decisions around placement of cameras and reviewing the system itself. The original scope of work expanded a lot and that did not get in the way of the job being a very quick and painless process.
Our two Goldens will miss them :)

I am very happy with our switch to SL Security for our school district. Very pleasant experience. From the quoting process, explaining the compliance with NYS contracts to billing, I have had seamless interaction. Stefanie Calli-Catoggio has been so helpful and even when I don't really know what to ask for, she understands my request.

I was taking a delivery from my job to TJ Maxx when I accidentally locked my keys, phone and wallet in my car. Through TJ Maxx's recommendation, I called SL Security Pros Locksmith Department. Spoke to a wonderful staff member who set up the appointment for me and told me the he was sending out the locksmith asap and should be there on site in 20 minutes. Sure enough, the technician arrived within said time. He had a little trouble with my driver's side door, then switched over to my passenger's side. Took about 15 minutes tops, and I was extremely grateful he got in. Thank you and kudos to all at SL Security Pros for a job well done.
