I had an exceptional experience working on finding my dream house with Chrissy. She is so kind, takes her time to actually see what you want and like in a house while including her knowledge and skills. She made the process easy and swiftly. She advocated to make sure everything was in place and if not we were reimbursed. The recommendations she gave such as her lawyer were amazingly helpful. Where do I even start? Chrissy took on the task of selling my parent's house that they have lived in for 55 years. To say she is wonderful is an understatement. Chrissy never hesitated to step in and help. She was always available. Chrissy is extremely knowledgeable and has an incredible amount of resources. When it was time to sell my childhood home I knew it would be very difficult emotionally!! There’s no other person that came to mind to help me with the process than Chrissy. The house sold pretty quickly and with that became the reality of letting something so important go. Working with Ms. Bogue was absolutely a breath of fresh air and such a game changer for our experience. This was my second house sale, and involved many additional legal/real-estate complexities (not just a simple sale) and Chrissy brought all her scaffold of resource to bear - ranging, but not limited to: resources to clean our house, manage tax/trust/legal matters, tax, house staging, repair services, professional pictures for the listing, incredible multi-faceted marketing effort across many media (print, signage, electronic across many social media sites).
