Georgia is a top notch real estate broker on Long Island. She is an amazing mentor and takes great pride in her work. I highly recommend her.

What a wonderful experience. The office environment is pleasant and very helpful. The Westcott Group is a full service brokerage plus many extras.

I personally witnessed what I have deemed to be one of the most egregious examples of mistreating a consumer at the hands of this realtor. In 2013, Westcott in Babylon represented a local homeowner renting a home and absolutely did wrong by a young family who was 9 months pregnant with their 2nd child. Within several weeks of collecting a hefty brokers fee, the family was informed that not only was the house up for sale but Westcott was adamant that there would be not even a consideration of a refund.

The reason I am writing this is because I witnessed with my own eyes and ears the calloused, snarky, apathetic tone in which the agent and owner of Westcott spoke to this young couple. They made unrealistic demands regarding open houses almost immediately, with blatant disregard of the families convenience and current situation.

With all the Realtors on Long Island with solid reputations, I would recommend you stay clear of this one.
