Customer service has gone down. Not valued as a customer and interest rates are not competitive with other banks. I am told to use the app and the employees act so aggrieved when ever you call or ask anything about your account.

Says that they're open on 8:30 a.m on Saturdays I've been here since 8:30 and it is now 8:54 and i am still sitting in drive thur and noone has help me.
