Amber was the sweetest thing and a massive help in getting me into a rental. Other employees were also courteous and friendly. For my first rental experience, I'm glad I chose to come here!

Went w/ gma to get the oil & all that good stuff done on the car one day & just like how they're & explain to us if needed !

So far my experience has been great. They gave me a 2022 Chevrolet Malibu and it runs great. I am hoping to get my car back asap though.

I have worked with this location a few times, and my husband a few times. But this time, we have had Lexi go above and beyond in customer service for us! Through all the issues we have had she has been so upbeat and helpful that it has made our situation a little more bearable. This team has never let us down and I hope to keep working with them with my rental needs in the future!

I have used Enterprise for years in Columbus and Newark and been very happy with their service. The rental agents in the Gallipolis office are excellent! Very smooth process. Checked in with me both before and after. They have our business! I highly recommend these guys

I accidentally left an item in the rental I had from the Gallipolis Ohio location and the agent names James was a true help for me getting this item back! He is a great person with customer service! I hope Enterprise sees this in him!!!

They were excellent but they had some leprechauns in the computers today. The store was extremely hot. I dont know how people are supposed to work without air conditioning. Maybe Enterprise could take some of that profit and make their employees comfortable.

Was in a pinch a needed a vehicle to get home in NC while my car was in the shop. Amazing customer service, they really helped me out.

I had a very positive experience with the Gallipolis Ohio Enterprise location. The SUV was awesome. It was in brand new condition. The rate was affordable. The customer service was very outgoing and curteous. I needed a ride to pick up my vehicle and didn't have to wait, and the driver was great. I will be a repeat customer in the future. I would recommend this service to everyone.

Madison and the other young man in the office helped me with the rental process even though I came in right before closing time which I greatly appreciate. They were very professional and helpful.

I made a reservation and the call was waiting on me. I enjoyed the car I rented. The staff are nice, friendly, and if you have a problem goes out of their way to find a solution. I always go back and rent my cars from here.

These employees are so professional! Their cars are in good shape. If what you need is not available, they get you in a vehicle regardless. Also, they don't mind to update you anytime!

Great small-town place for car rentals. Friendly staff will work with you to get a great deal. Usually have a good assortment of cars on hand.
